关于Agen公司模具考察之事,我详细阅读了你发给我的报告,感到有必要阐述一下我们的建议:

首先,那天二位工程师来我公司,因为正值星期日,我公司例行放假,所以接待工作有些不完善,再此表示谦意。

Dear Colm:

I have read your email and visit report in detail, at first, I apologize that our tooling engineer was not there when your engineers visited our company because of Sunday. In this case, I believe there are must some misunderstanding, please review following explaination:

1.for hot runner, the hot runner can install after small volume production; normally, we do the trial without hot runner, after small volume production, depend on production volume, we will make a decision if we will use hot runner. Please understand that if we use hot runner depends on production volume and customer requirements.

2.for cooling tunnel, because Agen did not approve the sample right now, for the trial

production, it is not necessary to use complete cooling tunnel, we have leave some space for revising. After approval, we will use complete cooling system for mass production.

3.for moving and fixed side cooling system, we have to fixed cooling for moving side under mass production working condition, but for trial production, it is not necessary to use cooling system for moving side.

4.for tooling plate width, we have confidence that current width can fulfill production

requirements, it is no problem for 1 million shots. Even if there is problem occurred, we can solve it by ourselves, it won’t charge you any more.

5.for cycle time, the document shows correct parameter, because there is no engineer, the memory is approximately parameter. Anyway, it is a lesson for us, next time, we will check with our engineer and then answer your question.

6.for other tooling issues, we will completely solve them after Agen’s approval, please understand this situation, maybe Agen will ask us revise tooling for these product.

Summarily, we have confidence that our mold can meet production requirements, and we will work out any issue can influence product quality before mass production; we know tooling is the key infrastructure for injection molding, our quality policy says “to be perfect”, that means we will do our best to meet customer requirements and proposal. So we can commit: we will supply high quality product to meet customer requirements, we will solve out all tooling issues for mass production. Please understand that we will keep our words by high quality products.

总之,我们对这些模具很有信心,即使是有些小缺陷,我们也会在大量生产前完全完善好,因为我们深知模具是注塑企业的命根子,我们不会对自己开玩笑,更不会对客户不负责,我公司的质量方针就是“追求卓越,客户至上”,我们是这样说的,同样我们也会这样认真去做,我们决不会不认真对待客户的每个建议。在此我们承诺,这些模具通过最终完善后,可以为客户提供优质产品,也会满足客户的要求,在大量生产中提供给客户满意的产品,请相信我们的认真承诺,我们对客户会坚决负责到底的。

以上一点建议和想法,请接受。

一、关于模具热流道图纸中有出现,而实际中没出现,这是因为我们的热流道按装是可拆卸的,就是在加工工艺未确定前,我们先用没热流道的参数进行试模做样品,但在以后工艺成熟后,我们还需要对产品的生产量多少,决定热流道的采用与否,所以热流道配置与生产量大小有很大关系,之间最后还是取决于客户对产品的要求。

二、因Agen公司对我们提供的样品还未正式确认,所以我们一般在试样中对冷却水道不完全采用,但当正式大量生产时,我们会完善解决调整的。

三、模具中动模与定模冷却,定模冷却系统已设置,但动模冷却系统也将在大量生产时,经过模温测定,最后确定冷却系统的方向、大小。因为在小量试样时,对模具的冷却没什么大的作用。

四、关于模板的宽度问题,这要与模具采用的金属材料有关,我们使用的模板完全能够满足模具强度要求,也就是讲,这些模具使用100万模没什么问题,若有问题,我们会自己解决的,决不会对客户造成麻烦和连累。

五、关于智能锁问题,因为Agen公司对样品没最后确认,因此模具上有些完善工作尚未结束,但这些我们都会解决的。这点请你放心。

关于周期循环时间问题,那当然是以文件显示为准,造成的误解可能是没记住所致,因为我公司产品很多,要对每个产品的生产工艺都记牢,这可能也比较难,Colm你认为如何?
