friend
Intro: The person I enjoy talking with is my university classmate Song, who was in the same classroom and the same dorm with me during the unforgettable four years study in NanJing. Since we looked very alike each other and went to our cafeteria side by side, many people thought we were twins. Indeed, we are buddies all the time.
As we(share many same interests )have a lot of things in common with each other, we often talk about anything (when we are available ,sometimes on MSN, and sometimes over our mobile phones)whenever we want. Topics are from study to work, from sports to girls. Our favorite topic is football. We often share and exchange our ideas about one game on the line while we are watching it. Another reason I enjoy talking with him is due to his good personality. Song is the person I can always rely on and trust. I told him every secret I had when I felt happy or felt down, then he shared my happiness and sadness with me. He is never jealous of me when I am in luck, and never turn his back on me when I am in trouble (adversity).I still remember how patiently and hardly he comforted me on the day I broke up with my girlfriend. In a word, song is not only a good talking partner, but a good listener, a trustworthy guy. Having him as my buddy is my luck! It is just like the saying: a faithful friend is hard to find知音难觅（评价）
Father（middle-aged）
The person I’d like to talk about is my father, who is the editor-in-chief of Shanghai Daily.
Although he retired two years ago, yet I still can remember his passion for his career. He is always so professional, competent and knowledgeable in his area.
Father was once given/awarded the top 10 editor-in-chief in shanghai.
Another issue
I also admire his personality. You see, he’s very friendly, hospitable and outgoing.
People in our neighbourhood like to discuss with him about their problems, father also likes to share specialty food he brought from other provinces with neighbours.
Actually, what I learnt most from father is to maintain a positive attitude towards life, never give up. Father is ambitious, adventurous and audacious.
He went through a lot of hardship before he became a successful editor. But he never surrendered, he told me to persist in the face of adversity award,best main actor. Mentally retarded person, to become a successful fishing tycoon.
Old people
Well, Talking about an interesting old person, it reminds me of my grandpa who used to be an mechanical engineer in a construction company. Now he is in mid 70s, retired at home, but looks very amiable and energetic. He is medium built , but a little bit overweight. (外形，性格特点) But actually there’re something much more important than the appearance.
My grandpa is a man of many interests. He loves doing anything from reading to fishing, from watching political news to listening to pop music. We called him a Mr. know everything. Because whenever you ask him what is going on in the world, he can tell you what you want.（兴趣简介） The most interesting thing about him is his fashion sense(引出重点). Once when I talked about the “Chinese idol competition” with my sister on the dinner table, my grandpa suddenly gave his comments on every competitor ,and told us the champion he predicted, it really surprised us. It was really amazing that We never thought a man over 70s can still enjoy those TV shows and loves what young people loves. It totally changed my view on him, soon he became a member of us, from then, I felt we are closer than before. Another interesting thing about my grandpa is he can use internet, last year I bought him a PC, he soon learnt how to use it, and can even use online video camera chat with my parents who lives in another city in china.
All I can say about my grandpa is: he is such an out-going person , and has great sense of humor. we love him very much. there is no generation gap between us , only joy.
A child
My uncle’s son- Tom who is about 6 years old, has chubby cheeks and twinkling eyes. Besides that, he has got curly dark hair. In people’s eye, he is a very adorable and a premature boy. In kindergarten, he loves showing himself off. Singing, dancing, telling story
It was really amazing :
when he saw I walking in with my girlfriend, he asked: are you in love with each other? When do you get married? When do you want to have a baby? I have a girlfriend too. The only thing he is similar to my childhood is that we both love showing off.

A neighbor
Lee is a good neighbor as well as a good friends for me.
I`ve known him since I first moved here. He has been living next door to us for 5 years.
We are in the same age, and studying in the same school . so we walk to school every day and became closer with each other.
We have one thing in common that is basketball. We often play basketball in our community basketball court.

If you ask me about my favorite sports star, I would definitely say Liu Xiang, an excellent athlete from shanghai, who has just successfully achieved the gold medal in 2004 Olympics in athens, he broke the record with l2.88 seconds on the 110 meters hurdle race.
He is not only the hero for shanghai, but the hero for china. Because though chinese athletes have gained more international recognition these days, yet there is still not much progress in track field, however, Liu’s performance was absolutely a breakthrough for the nation. Each of us was hugely amazed and impressed by his performance.
More importantly, he is not only the pride for china, but pride for all yellow people, for he broke the dominance of black people in the track field, creating a miracle that yellow-skinned people have the same strength or ever stronger potential in track field.
