It is very important to have good health. With good health, we can enjoy our life more happily. Without it, we can do nothing. For me, there are four ways to keep healthy.
Firstly, we should have our breakfast in the morning, such as eggs, breads and so on. Secondly, we should have a little sleep at noon. It does good to our health. Thirdly, sports exercises are necessary in the afternoon. Doing some running or playing basketball, football or volleyball is useful in building a strong body. And lastly, we can have a happy feeling in the evening by listening to the music.
Only in the above ways can we keep healthy.

Television is one of the most important things in our life. It has many good sides. Firstly, it makes us know everyday news of the outside world. Secondly, television provides lessons for learners, and it has brought joy and happiness into people’s lives.
Unluckily, television also has some bad sides. For example, some television programs are harmful to the young. Violent movies are shown on television. Children regard the killers as heroes, and they follow their examples, so more killings and crimes are happening in this world.
Therefore young people should learn to get rid of the bad sides of television and learn to make use of the good sides.
7. About TV Ads 论电视广告
Today more and more ads are seen on television. It’s difficult to find a television program without ads. Food, clothes -- everything you can think of --are shown on television. Sometimes we can also see some public welfare ads, asking people to respect the old or to protect the environment.
As far as I am concerned, I am with TV ads because most of them are interesting and full of information. But there is no doubt that some of them are boring and misleading.
