我国的劳动和社会保障事业还处在完善阶段，新的政策法规不断涌现，要做到及时学习、掌握。
结合国际形势研究劳动保障工作的趋势，以省劳动厅20xx年7月版的《入世与劳动保障》为学习读本，全书共分八章，每周阅读一章，三个月全部学习完。
随着我国非公有制企业队伍的不断壮大，这部分就业群体的保障也将成为我国社会保障工作的重点。以19xx年版的《中国私营企业发展报告》为学习读本，全书共五篇，每月学习一篇，五个月学完。
