The mode of working among employees is usually a question how efficient and how possible accomplishing a task can be. How long employees should spend at work often times depends on the kind of work and company system, where at times workers do work for longer hours but fewer workdays while others take on short hours for more workdays. I do partake working for long hours for fewer workdays.
It’s plausible to applaud working for longer hours for fewer days because such long hours breed ample time to make good concentration on what is being done. In this case, a task can be effectively and efficiently furnished rather than short hours in which an employee will have to panic to accomplish a task within a short time. At the end, efficiency is suffocated at the expense of just accomplishing a task. Thus the motive of working will surely be eroded.
Suffice to note is that long working hours for fewer days proffers abounding time for employees to reanimate themselves and have an invigorating start. Workers
with ample time to rest and do exercises or other things unrelated to their jobs do find it easier to start a new task at work with a fresh and unyielding esteem. Many workers do become inefficient because of exhaustion and lack of free time to relax. Working for short hours five days a week might not guarantee adequate time for relaxation.
Imperatively, employees are humans and do hold personal issues that can be catered for during the full days they are not at work. Working for three days a week leaves a number of days in which they can address their personal issues like making personal advancement in education and indulging in family affairs. One most common problem modern workers do have is alienation from their families because of long working hours every day. This not only causes mental stress, but
also affects family ties. Working for three days and resting the rest of the week renders such time to cater for one's personal issues.
Still worthy to note, longer working hours for three days do evoke expertise among employees. Employees that have more hours on doing the same thing will surely develop superlative skills and deftness in what they do and as time goes by, work becomes a piece of cake. Long hours will give employees enough time to exhaust their skills and understanding of a task in which case they develop the best ways of taking on a task. It would be hard for an employee who works for short hours a day to utilize the best of his or her skills to become dexterous.
By and large, though toiling for long hours a day for three days a week might be drudgery, causing exhaustion and stress for a given day, merits like having ample time to rest for the rest of the week, time to cater for personal issues, room for self improvement and ability to become an authority do surpass such minute demerits and I would gladly embrace working for long hours for three days a week than
short hours for five days.

一、语言表达
本文的句式结构较为复杂，多用长句。而且使用了很多并列句和从句，让句子篇幅变长但逻辑更加清晰，体现出了作者高超的语言驾驭能力。每一段的开头句作者都进行了认真的雕琢，既有常见关联词的替换，例如by and large,又有特殊句式的使用，例如suffice to not is that，体现出了作者的语言功力。在用词方面，作者多次使用到了GRE水平的词汇，让文章文采飞扬。但是这样的做法只有语言水平非常高超的考生才能使用。如果没有把握则不建议选择。

3. Employees that have more hours on doing the same thing will surely develop superlative skills and deftness in what they do and as time goes by, work becomes a piece of cake. That一直到will前面的部分都是定语从句修饰employee雇员。Develop
skill是一个固定搭配，表示发展技能。Superlative和deftness这两个词语分别表示最好的和熟练，都是GRE单词，用的非常精彩。A piece of cake又略显俏皮，让文章显得更亲切自然。
二、 逻辑结构
本文是总分总的结构。首先提出了总观点，更喜欢工作天数少，每天多工作一些时间。中间部分提出了四条分论点分别证明观点。它们之间是并列的关系。都从这样做的好处的角度来进行证明。最后总结重申了观点。

Young people nowadays do not give enough time to helping their communities.

Since the end of last century, a lot of criticism about the young generation has diffused throughout the world. Till now, those young people have been labeled as selfish, apathetic and lazy. Particularly, the youth are tepid in their participation in community activities. However, such a presumptuous judgment neglects the simultaneous change of human society, and deliberately covers the contributions made by the young.
Decades ago, frequent exchanges within one community were significantly in need so as to ensure the quality of people’s daily life. The youth, regarded as the most energetic group, therefore, should take more responsibilities to contribute to the whole community. Whereas, time has changed, with the boom of service industry and the great development of artificial intelligence, people have became more autonomic—we are not like people before who needed much physical help from their neighbors. For example, before, the old in one community might need young people to take care of their daily life. But recently, we have more service agencies to look after the old. Staffs there are well educated and have rich professional knowledge about how to take account of the aged.
Moreover, people are liberated from tedious housework. We have cleaners to sweep the floor and dishwashers to wash dirty plates and, those artificial machines are also easily used by the old. In this sense, people now are more independent than ever before and need less help from the outside. Hence, it could be understandable that the youth reduce their work time in the communities.
Although the development of technology and a finer division of labor free us from some bland work in a community, young people attempt to contribute more to the community and do what they can as youths. If we look around, we can find those cherubic teenagers active in kindergartens, nursing homes and
orphanages, playing with kids, accompanying the lonely old and bringing their own books and clothes to those orphans. For instance, several friends of mine, even though they are quite busy with their academic study, still keep going to a nursing home every weekend to cook with those old and have lunch together. Also, they go to a local kindergarten each month to play with those kids, teach them drawing and recognizing the national flags. The youth are doing more than we expect, and they do care about the others, especially those who are vulnerable. Therefore, it would be prejudicial and unfair if we claim that the young people nowadays have not put in time for their communities, and ignoring the effort they make.
Society should be more lenient to the youth, at least, not harsh. On the one hand, we should understand the change of the world and the potential influence such a change might bring to our life. We cannot falsely overlook the development of our human society by complaining about the teenagers. On
the other hand, we should notice and admit every attempt made by the young people—they are doing their best.
