一、 导入
大家听过《黑色星期五》这首歌曲吗？它与《第十三双眼睛》《忏魂曲》并称为世界三大禁曲。为什么称之为禁曲呢，是因为在这首歌存在的13年里，听过的人纷纷自杀，竟数以百计。自杀者留下遗书都说自杀是因为无法忍受着无比忧伤的旋律，此间还有无数的吉他，钢琴等艺术家弹过此曲后从此封手。
有记载第一个自杀的人是一位英国的军官，他在家里一个人安静地休息，无意中就开始听邮递员送过来的唱盘，第一首乐曲就是鲁兰斯*查理斯的“黑色星期五”，当他听完这首曲子以后，他的灵魂受到了极为强烈的刺激，心情再也不能平静下来。不一会，他拿出家中的手枪，结束了自己的生命，枪声响起的同时，还正放着那首“黑色星期五”，这也是他留下的唯一死亡线索。警方经过彻底调查和推测，结果得出一个结论：他确是属于自杀，但这首“黑色星期五”是间接杀手！并警告人们不要去听这首乐曲-------因为警方在听这首乐曲的时候也差点有人自杀！接着这件事就轰动了整个欧洲，人们感到不可思议，惊恐而好奇，不少自认为心理素质可以的人好奇地到处搜集并亲身体验，去探险。
其中一位美国的中年男子，听了几遍这首“黑色星期五”以后，开枪自杀，在他的遗言中写道：“请把这首曲子作为我葬礼的哀乐“。接着类似自杀消息一个接一个，从欧洲到美洲，到亚洲，整个世界为之恐慌。
当时欧洲的一位非常有身份的名人在出席一个音乐演奏会的时
候，他坚决要求在场的一位音乐家用钢琴弹奏那首“黑色星期五”，钢琴家开始坚决不答应，但迫于好奇的观众的压力和要求，只好演奏。演奏结束以后，这位钢琴家发誓：以后永远不再摸钢琴！而那位提出要求的名人从此以后也隐名埋姓，销声匿迹了
正因为如此，全世界所有的国家开始销毁所有有关这首乐曲的资料，将其列为禁曲，也因此，这首曲子被称为“魔鬼的邀请书”
二、定义
提到邀请书这个词语，大家知道这个日常性文种的内涵吗？ 邀请书又称邀请信或邀请函，是行政机关、企事业单位、社会团体或者个人邀请有关人士前往某地参加某项活动或事宜的专用书信。
三、邀请信的特点
礼仪色彩
同请柬一样，邀请信也具有邀请的功能，邀请有一些礼仪色彩。但相比较而言，邀请信更恳切、热情、朴实一些。它没有请柬那么庄重严肃，但也具有利益色彩，讲究礼貌周全。
书信体格式
邀请信是一种专用书信，写作时严格按照书信体的格式来写。

包括礼仪活动的背景、目的和名称；主办单位和组织机构；礼仪活动的内容和形式；参加对象；礼仪活动的时间和地点、联络方式以及其他需要说明的事项。内容根据实际情况填写。

六、 请柬的内容及、形式及制作方法
请柬的内容：
文字：标题、称谓、正文、敬语、落款和日期
装饰：图案和色彩搭配
请柬的形式：有平面的、立体有声的;横式的,竖式的;心形的、树叶形的及不规则形的。
制作的方法有:摄影的,色彩绘声绘的,镂印喷刷的以及剪贴的。包括利用多种材料拼贴和利用废旧彩图纸剪贴制作的等。
七、 请柬的结构
从撰写方法上说，不论哪种样式的请柬，都有标题、称谓、正文、敬语、落款和日期等。
1.标题
双柬帖封面印上或写明“请柬”二字，一般应做些艺术加工，即采用名家书法、字面烫金或加以图案装饰等。有些单柬帖，“请柬”二字写在顶端第一行，字体较正文稍大。
2.称谓
顶格写清被邀请单位名称或个人姓名，其后加冒号。个人姓名后要注明职务或职称，如“××先生”、“×× 女士”。
3.正文
另起行，前空两格，写明活动的内容、时间、地点及其他应知事项。
4.敬语
一般以“敬请（恭请）光临”“此致敬礼”等作结。“此致”另起行，前空两格，再另起行，写“敬礼”等词，需顶格
5.落款和日期
写明邀请单位或个人姓名。下边写日期。
