Step 1. Greetings and Revision
Check homework: ask students to review what we learned in last

Step 1: Leading in
1. T : play a video about people around the world speaking English, and ask the students “what have you learned in the video? ”

3. T : ask “do you know where is English spoken around the world? ” and “do you think that there is only one kind of English in the world? ” (let students discuss by group in 2 minutes)
Ss: discuss with each other and answer the question.
4. T : tell the students some information about English around the word. Ss: listen and take notes
Step 2: Teaching the new lesson
1. T : play the type, let students listen what are the speakers talking about and read aloud at once, then ask students what are the speakers talking about.
Ss: listen to the type, read the dialogues aloud and tell the teacher their comprehensions about the dialogues.
2. T : let the students guess which of the following words is British English and which is American English.
