英文招聘广告中需要注意的实用单词

今天我们来透过正在进行的卡夫的招聘广告学习几个外企面试当中比较有用而且重要的英文词。大家先看看它的招聘广告：

这里是节选的部分，说句实话，如果大家对于外企的广告看得多了，你会发现很多词用来用去，你如何把这些能力illustrate(注意这个词)也就是描绘出来就是见真功夫的地方。谈怎么讲例子不是我们今天要说的重点，不过请大家一定记住，没有例子的空洞描述是毫无用处的
我们先看第一个词talented，有才能的，这个词出现的频率相当高，当你讲自己是talented，意思是自己有才能可以被更好的发掘出来，而且这个才能是能够为公司所用的，所以你需要接着展示的是你可以为公司带来什么，what you will bring to the company,事实上，公司的招聘过程就是一个投资的过程。
第二个词是individual，表示个人，记得雀巢有一个网申的笔试题就是what will you contribute to a team as an individual(大意) As an individual, I will... 这个句子请挂在嘴边。
第三个需要注意的词是graduate，之所以把这个词拿出来讲讲，是我们很多人都容易把它搞错。首先它是一个名词，表示毕业生，注意：研究生院叫做graduate school；另外它也可以做动词，但是千万不能这么说：I am graduated from.. 很多人觉得这个顺口，事实上它只能用作 I graduated from...
接下来挑的action oriented 和 result driven是几年来异军突起的人力热门词汇。oriented 表示有什么倾向的，或者什么引导的，这个action oriented 就是我们说的行动第一，就是马云有一次讲的，“不是将来要怎样，而是现在，立刻，马上！”当你讲出这个时髦的词就意味着你有很强的

执行力，implementation.而后面这个result driven，叫做结果驱动，也就是要完成目标，目标是第一位的，请大家都好好想想，如果是你，你可以拿出什么样的例子来证明，而这两个是目前外企面试的热门选择。
problem solver,估计也是今天每个求职者都挂在嘴边念道的，但是什么样的能力是问题解决的能力。如果你要用例子来证明这个方面的能力，那么问题解决的步骤就必须至少包括以下几点：1 问题的定义definition,2 问题的分解seperation 3问题解决方案的优先选择Prioirity, 4 问题解决方案的执行implementaiton,5问题解决效果的评估evaluation。如果你回答的例子使用这样的顺序来描述，相信会有不错的反响。
agility 的另外一个近义词叫做flexibility，也就是灵活性和适应性，这也是两个出现率很高的词汇，而且这个对于那些跨专业的同学来讲非常实用(后面的文章会详细谈到)。
关于team player 大家都知道就是具有团队精神，但是如何才能说得专业？一般团队活动都有五个部分 叫做forming,团队形成，stroming 团队交换意见， norming团队规范化 performing 执行，mounring回顾 这五个阶段是团队活动的顺序，大家可以按照这样的方式展开描述。
最后一个是integrity，其实有两个意思，一个就是完全进入或者叫融合，这个在文章中的意思比较符合，另外一个也是面试英语中常见的，那就是正直诚实，不要在用honesty 这样老掉牙的词咯！
好了，篇幅关系，今天就讲这几个有代表性的词。还是那句话，英语要学就要学对你发展最重要的部分。
