客户要的是产品,不仅仅是价格。报价应该突出产品的规格、价格、数量、品质、颜色、包装、保险、

付款条件、装运信息等等,以上报价只是给了客户一个价格表,不是真正意义上的报价。另外为什么不使用表格形式呢?可以直接避免数据与相关栏目错位,并且可以将产品图片和介绍等内容添加上去。

要更多信息的话,请您与我联系”之类的话肯定比“您想了解更多信息,请登陆我们的公司网站…….”好。客户本来就是看了网站的信息才找到的。并且我看到贵公司网站上对产品介绍极其的少,只有一个产品名称和图片。

结尾很好,许多联系信息都放在里面,请继续保持。没有这个习惯的,请及早改进。方便客户在任何时候都能知晓您的信息,并且给人以专业、标准的形象。

另外,请尽量避免单词拼写错误和语法错误等简单的错误,这样不但词不达意,会使买家难以看懂,还会给客户很不专业的感觉。

这封邮件整体上还可以。我只是使用这封邮件作为一个范例,结合另外几封邮件,给与些许建议。另外我还看到有客户特别指明了要那些产品以及产品的照片,可以看出客户还是比较有诚意的,但是回复的相当简单,对产品只有一个FOB的价格,其他有效信息都没有给客户,非常可惜。
