礼仪活动邀请函的基本内容包括礼仪活动的背景、目的和名称；主办单位和组织机构；礼仪活动的内容和形式；参加对象；礼仪活动的时间和地点、联络方式以及其他需要说明的事项。内容根据实际情况填写。
三、礼仪活动邀请函的特点

四、礼仪活动邀请函的结构与写法
在应用写作中礼仪活动邀请函是非常重要的，尤其是社会交际空前广泛和重要的当代社会，写好它可以说至关重要。对礼仪活动邀请函的写法要注意格式和形式两个方面。

这是商务礼仪活动邀请函的主体内容，标题除了文种“邀请函”、事由“××广告公司年终客户答谢会”字样外，还出现了活动主题标语“财富主角”；正文亦符合礼仪文书的行文要求，可谓是事务与礼仪的完美结合。
商务礼仪活动邀请函的回执则常采用表格的形式，将需要被邀请方填写的事项逐项列出。一般包括参会企业名称、参会人员姓名、性别、职务、民族习惯、参会要求(如参与某项专题活动)；被邀请方的联系人、联系电话、电子邮件地址等。礼仪活动组织部门的名称、联系人、联系电话、电子邮件地址、企业网址等。
回执要随邀请函同时发出，并要求按时回复。
由以上各例，我们可以看出礼仪活动邀请函的结构通常由标题、称谓、正文、敬语和落款五部分组成。
标题。一般只写文种“邀请函”即可，字号比通常标题要略大一些。有时也可以加“事由” ，如“关于参加研讨会的邀请函”。有时还可包括个性化的活动主题标语，如“沟通无限中部六省城市信息化高级论坛邀请函”。
称谓。是对邀请对象的称呼。要顶格写受邀单位名称或个人姓名，后加冒号。要写明对方姓名、职务、职称、学衔。也可以用“ 同志”、“经理”、“教授” 、“先生”、“女士”、“小姐”称呼。通常还要加上“尊敬的”之类定语。
正文。是邀请函的主体。头可向被邀请人简单问候，位臵在称谓下一行，空两格。接着写明举办礼仪活动的缘由、目的、事项及要求，写明礼仪活动的日程安排、时间、地点，邀请对象以及邀请对象所做的工作等，并对被邀请方发出得体、诚挚的邀请。若附有票、券等物也应同邀请函一并送给邀请对象。有较为详细出席说明的，通常要另纸说明，避免邀请函写得过长。
敬语。末尾一般要写常用的邀请惯用语。如“敬请光临”、“敬请参加”、“请届时出席”之类的敬语。有些邀请函可以用“此致敬礼”、“顺致节日问候”等敬语。
落款。署上邀请单位名称或发函者个人名称，署上发函日期。邀请单位还应加盖公章，以示庄重。
其次是形式上的要求。邀请函的形式要美观大方，不可用书信纸或单位的信函纸草草了事，而应用红纸或特制的请柬填写。
五、写礼仪活动邀请函
要注意的事项
1．“邀请函”三字是完整的文种名称，与公文中的“函”是两种不同的文种，因此不宜拆开写成“关于邀请出席×X活动的函”。
2．被邀请者的姓名应写全，不应写绰号或别名。在两个姓名之间应该写上“暨”或“和”，不用顿号或逗号。网上或报刊上公开发布的邀请函，由于对象不确定，可省略称呼，或以“敬启者”统称。
3．严格遵守写作格式，称谓、邀请事由、具体内容、活动时间、活动地点、
相关事宜、联系方式、落款等是必不可少的部分，不能丢漏信息。
4．邀请事项务必周详，使邀请对象可以有准备而来，也会使活动举办的个人或单位减少一些意想不到的麻烦。
5．邀请函须提前发送，使受邀方有足够的时问对各种事务进行统筹安排。 总之，礼仪活动邀请函属于社会生活使用文书，具有社会公关及礼仪功能。它不仅表示礼貌庄重，也有凭证作用，要写得简明得体，准确文雅。

三、CSC规定：
7、正式邀请信复印件或入学通知复印件
（1）申请人应提交正式邀请信复印件/入学通知复印件。邀请信复印件/入学通知复印件应使用拟留学院校（单位）专用信纸打印，并由主管部门负责人/导师签字。
攻读博士学位研究生申请人，如因拟留学院校（单位）行政审批手续规定限制，在申请截止时间前无法出具正式入学通知，则须出具使用拟留学院校（单位）专用信纸打印并由对方主管部门负责人/导师签字的明确意向入学通知。
（2）攻读博士学位研究生申请人提交的入学通知，应为无条件入学通知（unconditional offer），但不包括如下条件：
a．入学通知在申请人取得国家留学基金资助后方可生效；
b．入学通知在申请人提供本科毕业/硕士毕业证书后方可生效；
c．入学通知明确申请人在拟留学院校/单位须完成硕士课程后可继续攻读博士学位（申请硕博连读申请人）。
（3）邀请信/入学通知中应包含以下内容：
a．申请人基本信息：申请人姓名、出生日期、国内院校等。
b．留学身份：攻读博士学位研究生或联合培养博士生。
c．留学时间：应明确起止年月。
d．国外指导教师信息。
e．留学专业或受邀人拟在国外从事主要学习/研究工作。
f．所需费用及数额：例如，须交纳的学费、注册费等有关费用名称和数额。
g．联合培养博士生申请人可在邀请信中注明被邀请人外语水平符合接受方要求，否则应单独出具外方认可申请人外语水平的证明。
h．外方负责人签字与联系方式。
（4）如邀请信复印件/入学通知复印件为英语以外语种书写，需另提供中文翻译件。翻译件应由国内推选单位加盖审核部门公章。
（5）如申请的留学基金委与国外高校/机构合作项目对邀请信/入学通知有特殊要求，则根据具体项目规定执行。
8、收取学费明细表、免学费或获得学费资助证明复印件或有关学习费用证明复印件（申请学费资助人员需提交）
如在提交的邀请信复印件/入学通知复印件中未注明留学所需费用及来源，申请人须另行提交收取学费明细表复印件、免学费或获得学费资助证明复印件或有关学习费用证明复印件，如：
a．国外拟留学院校（单位）不收取学费/其他费用（如注册费等）的证明（部分不收学费国家可免交，如德国、法国等）。
b．国外拟留学院校（单位）出具的需要收取学费/其他费用的明细表复印件和同意提供学费/其他费用的奖学金证明复印件。所提供学费/其他费用的奖学金应可支付明细表中注明需支付学费/其他费用的总和。
c．国外拟留学院校（单位）出具的需要收取学费/其他费用明细表复印件和同意提供Research Assistant或Teaching Assistant职位，且工资总计足以支付学费/其他费用（如注册费等）的证明。
所有奖学金证明应使用拟留学院校（单位）专用信纸打印，并有主管部门负责人签字，不接受电子邮件或无签字的奖学金证明。
