Is It Better to Be a Leader
A Leader plays an important role in every field. Most people want to become the leader of their own fields to prove themselves. In my view, to be a leader is better for the individual.
The reasons can be listed as follows. Firstly, to be a leader can give you a big challenge. When facing the challenge, you will try your best to handle the affairs as well as possible. In the process, you will constantly enhance yourself to adapt to different and complex conditions. Secondly, as long as you have become a leader, it will be self-conscious of you to set a good example for the ordinary members. For one thing, only in this way can you win the respect from others. For another, your group will thrive on your wise guidance. Thirdly, to be a leader does not mean that you do not have worries and difficulties any more. On the contrary, once meeting with the difficulty, as a leader, you can not keep out of the affairs. What you have to do is analyzing the situation and making best of your talent in dealing with the emergency properly in time. To some degree, it may also steel yourself.
In general, as an old saying says, the soldier who doesn't want to be a general is not a good soldier. When you enter an field, it is necessary for you to take it seriously. Remember that if you do it at all, do it well.
Friendship
The word “friendship” covers a wide range of meanings. But it should be helpful, loyal and sincere.
Everyone needs friendship. No one can sail the ocean of life single-handed. We need help from, and also give help to, others. Good friends are always ready to help you. Like the saying goes “ A friend in need is a friend indeed”, treasure is not always a helpful friend, but a helpful friend is always treasure.
With friendship, life is happy and harmonious. Without friendship, life is sad and unfortunate. A friend is a listener when we meet with troubles. A friend is also a companion to share our happiness. With the same goal, we encourage each other to pursue our dreams. we should cherish our valuable friends for ever.
But how do we make friends and keep the friendship.
Firstly, Talk To Lots of People.
Make small talk with the people you meet. Break the ice by asking them questions like "Where do you live?" or "What do you do?". Compliment them, by saying "I like your shoes. Where is it from?". This is a conversation starter and everyone likes to be complimented!
Then, Spend Time Together.
After you've identified some potential friends, it's time to make a small gesture. Send a birthday card. Invite her out to dinner. Let us know what we are interested in each other. Activities such as shopping, going to the cinema and discussing the film afterwards, or reading the same books are helpful at this stage of a friendship because they allow you to discover each other's attitudes and find some common ground. At last, Make Friends Your Priority.
If having friends is important to you, you must make time for it in your busy schedule. Make friendship a priority in your life. At the same time, be willing to take some risks in your quest for new friends. Tell yourself you've got nothing to lose, and the lifelong benefits of friendship to gain.
Friendship
I will talk about whether friendship is a necessity.
I hold that friendship is a necessity in life. Of course, the majority of people will agree with me.
Friendship is a kind of human relations. It is a human instinct to make friends. It plays an important part in our life. Friendship not only brings us a lot of happiness, but also reduces the sense of loneliness. Because friendship is a basic source of hope in our lives .For example, when we are happy, we can share our feelings with friends; when we achieve success ,we can also tell friends to share our joys. when we are sad, friends are good listeners who can give us suggestions to make us get rid of it, If we are in trouble, we can turn to friends for help ,and friends will surround us and friends will offer us support and encouragement. Every one of us needs friends, so that we can depend on each other. People want to do friends favors and hate to break a promise. In contrast with marriage, there are no friendship ceremonies to strengthen the association between two persons. But the supporting and understanding of each other does seem to a powerful bond, which can overcome differences in background, and break down barriers of age, class or race.
In terms of real friendship, true friends share not only joy, but more often they share sorrow. As we get to know people, we take into account things like age, race , economic conditions, social position, and intelligence. To the true friendship, these factors are not of prime importance. Close friends just have similar ideas and beliefs and have attitudes and interests in common.
Friendship is also a bridge between people to communicate with each other, which let us understand each other better. In the modern age, people attach more importance to relations and connections. Different people will make our minds more advanced and mature .
To me, I will never forget my old friends and keep making new friends. With friendship, life is happy and harmonious. without friendship, we will become sad, lonely and unhappy. Therefore, friendship is a necessity.
Friendship
One of my friends sent me a short message, saying that true friends are one soul in two bodies, which moves me very much. it makes me think what true friendship is. Nowadays, the word friendship has been used so frequently that it has lost its meaning. Some jokingly or seriously put it that friends are made to be taken advantage of, which makes me very sad. True friendship doesn’t mean that when you need your friend’s help, you will treat him to dinner, and when you have to protect yourself, you will put your friends in a difficult situation. On the contrary, true friendship is the communication of the hearts and understanding of the souls. True friendship is like water, which is tasteless but is essential to our body. Compared with decent wine, water is insipid in taste, but is of great help to satisfy our thirsty. True friends don’t need to be with each other everyday, but are connected in heart every minute whatever the distance is. True friendship is like medicine, though tasted bitter, killing your illness. True friends give you some proposals in point even if they know you would not take. They criticize you when others are praising you, not
because of envy but worrying that you may lose your cool head. True friendship has nothing to do with fame, power, or possessions. True friends would often watch silently from afar when you are influential, but come to you whenever you need their help. They care not what you are, but who you are. You’re not his stepping-stone to success, but are his crutch to live through difficulties. When you are happy, you are likely to forget him, but when you are in trouble, he is the first one you will turn to for help. True friends make you complete. Many persons company you through
your life course, your parents, your lover, and your children, who take care of you and make your life happy. However, you still need someone who understands your thoughts and souls. Without them, you are likely to feel deserted in spirit and lost yourself. Lonely as you are, you are spiritually unhealthy. True friends stay in your heart, rather than at your side; they know you more than yourself, and try to better you; they care you as much as themselves, but never let you know. They cherish you, for they know without you they are struggling alone in the desert. On your side, you will feel the same. Once you have found such a true friend, do treasure him. If your true friend disappears, how can you make the sound of your heart understood?
Friendship
What is friendship? It is not food that we eat when we are starved, but it can help fill up our empty mind when we feel lonesome. It is not clothes to wear when we are frozen, but it is able to keep a stream of warmth welling up our heart. It is not a book that we read, but it provides guidance to our life. Friendship is untouchable but it exists and touches people’s heart. It is something wonderful.
Friendship is about solicitude. When we get ill in bed, our friends will put aside what they are doing and come immediately to us. They will sit by our bed so that they can get what we need at the moment promptly. Friendship is about encouragement. When we fail and find ourselves hopeless and helpless, friends will be there ,accompanying us, bracing us up and seeing it through with us.
Friendship is about consolation. When we weep in grief, our friends will be around us, hearkening to our bitter experience and trying their level best to make us feel better.
Nevertheless, it is superficial to perceive friendship as gaining benefits from others. Friendship is more than that. We can’t merely receive. We ought to repay as well because friendship is reciprocal. Friendship is about tolerance. We can’t expect our friends to be flawless because no one is perfect. We should be magnanimous enough to accept some of their shortcomings, which they endeavor hard but fail to get rid of. Friendship is about forgiveness. They shouldn’t be considered as bad friends even if they do something wrong to us. We are supposed to listen calmly and even-temperedly to their words as well as accept their sincere apology. A trifle is not supposed to injure a great friendship.
Friendship is about constant attention. Long time of neglect will upset our friends. If we let nature take its course without taking any action, friendship will eventually wither, like a flower which has been left without caring for too much time.
Now it won’t be so hard to realize that friendship is not as easy as it may seem. It is like the reservoir, which will dry up if one doesn’t constantly pipe water into it. It is like the glass, which is fragile and needs careful attention. It is sometimes difficult to handle.
To conclude, friendship is a mutual spiritual assist. We get supported and helped while at the same time support and help our friends.
