新收获 新畅想

经过为期十天的新课程培训，无论从教育理念上，

还是在实际的教学设计中，我都有了非常大的收获，结合自己的教学，发现我要学习的东西还很多，我要思考的地方也很多，以下是我对这次培训的几点感受。

1.新课程培训从某种意义上说，又更深刻让我发现教学是一个不断挑战自我的过程

通过每天做作业，原本以为自己比较满意的作业，完成提交之后，再次浏览班内其他教师的作业时，才发现，自己原来在教学上要走的路还很长，要学习的东西太多。但更为庆幸的是，我所在的学校里有这那么多让我打心底里佩服和敬仰的老师。所以，在今后的日子里，我还要不断地向她们讨教，并结合新课程理念，不断地进行科学实践，丰富自己的教学深度和广度。

2.以学生为主体，将教学设计更上一层楼

在接下来的教学实践当中，无论是从话题选择上，还是在环节设计的难易程度上，都应该更多的俯下身子，切实考虑学生的各种“背景”。这种背景不仅包括其家庭背景和所处的社会背景，而且还有学生的生活经历和经验。只有充分的了解学生才有可能有一节成功的教学设计。此外，在教学设计中，我要更深刻的去研究和学习使用的材料，争取更大程度的将其发挥到极致，争取不仅在知识技能上设计的的更加科学，而且在学生的情感价值观上也要有所体现。

3.育人为本，让我们的孩子生活的更快乐、有意义

教书更要育人，当下的学生在人生观和价值观上，有些同学存在着这样那样的偏差。我想这一点更是要引起我们的重视。为什么有些学生我们一而再再而三苦口婆心的劝解和鼓励，都无济于事呢？我想我们没有从根本上了解学生的心理倾向有很大的关系。其次，在我们的学生中间也有很多多疑、自私、忍耐力差的同学，这样的一些同学首先在个性上就存在着问题，这也是为什么这个年龄段的同学们经常会为一些鸡毛蒜皮的事而唇枪舌战甚至是衍生出真正的肢体斗争，我想学校、老师、家庭、社会都有责任。个人认为这些都不是一些合格的人格所拥有的。因此，教育更要提高个人修养和关注个人人格。

总之，激发学生自主学习，是教师当前的主要课题，它值得我们在教学实践中不断地探索和研究，积累和总结。

happened to Harry．

Tom arrived at the bus station quite early for Paris bus. The bus for Paris would not leave until five to twelve. He saw a lot of people waiting in the station. Researchers found that people become happier and experience less worry after they reach the age of fifty. In fact, they say by the age of eighty – five, people are happier with their life than they were when they were eighteen years old.

The findings came from a survey of more than three hundred forty thousand adults in the United States. The Gallup(民意调查) Organization questioned them by telephone in two thousand eight. At that time, the people were between the ages of eighteen and eighty-five.

The researchers asked questions about emotions like happiness, sadness and worry. They also asked about mental or emotional stress.

Arthur Stone in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at Stony Brook University in New York led the study. His team found that levels of stress were highest among adults between the ages of twenty-two and twenty-five.

The findings showed that stress levels dropped sharply after people reached their fifties.

Happiness was highest among the youngest adults and those in their early seventies. The people least likely to report feeling negative emotions were those in their seventies and eighties.

The findings appeared in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

Researchers say they do not know why happiness increases as people get older. One theory is that, as people grow older, they grow more thankful for what they have and have better control of their emotions. They also spend less time thinking about bad experiences.

Professor Stone says the emotional patterns could be linked to changes in how people see the world, or maybe even changes in brain chemistry.

The researchers also considered possible influences like having young children, being unemployed or being single. But they found that influences like these did not affect the levels of happiness and well-being related to age.

The study also showed that men and women have similar emotional patterns as they grow older. However, women at all ages reported more sadness, stress and worry than men.

On Nov.18th,1908,three men went up in a balloon(气球).They started early in London. The headman was Auguste Gaudron,and the other two men were Tannar and Maitland. They had a big balloon and they were ready for a long way.

Soon they heard the sea. They were carrying the usual rope(绳子),and it was hanging down from the basket of the balloon. At the end of the rope they had tied a metal box. This could hold water, or it could be empty. So they were able to change its weight.It was for use over the sea. They were also carrying some bags of sand.

After the sun rose, the balloon went higher. It went up to 3,000 metes, and the air was very cold. The water in the balloon became ice. Snow fell past the men's basket, and they could see more snow on the ground. The men tried to throw out some more sand; but it was hard. They tried to break the icy sand with their knives, but it was not easy. The work was slow and they were still falling, so they had to drop some whole bags of sand. One of them fell on an icy lake and made a black hole in the ice.
