I think it is necessary for us to form some good habits if we want to keep healthy. First of all , we should have the right kind of food that is good for health. Remember to eat more fruit and vegetables but less junk food . We are also asked to go to bed early and get up early . Staying up late at night is bad for our health . What’s more , we are supposed to take exercise more . Exercise will keep us active and strong . Of course , having pleasant mood is good for our health . We should forget the unhappy thing that happened .

There, you could find many beautiful beaches. People love walking along the seaside or swimming in the sea. There are many tall coconut palm trees to see. Welcome to Hainan Island! Welcome to my hometown! Haimen is my hometown. It is a modern and busy town. It has a long history. There are many big supermarkets, beautiful gardens and good factories here. We have ever heard of “Time is money. Time is life.” Time is very important to everyone. But we can see people waste their time everywhere. They spend much time playing computer games, drinking, sleeping late in the morning and so on. It’s necessary for us to save our valuable time. We have to listen to our teachers carefully in class so that we can save more time to learn others after class. We should make a plan to study at home so that we can learn more with less time. If we can make good use of time, we are sure to get more.
How to save water
Water is very important to us.Without water,people cannot live. But in our daily life, we can see many people waste water. Some people do not turn off the tap after using it. Some take long showers and others throw away plastic bottles when there is still water inside. To save water, we should always turn off the tap when we are not using it. We can wash our clothes twice a week instead of every day. And we’d better flush the toilets with used water.
The last drop of water could be our tears,so save water,take actions from now on!
