外企各大类型题考察意图烂熟于心，英文面试易如反掌。以下举例说明：
1、Tell me about yourself 这是面试官惯用的开场白。千万不要长篇大论背诵简历。你可以在这时将最突出的优点概括性地总结，并引导面试官向你早已准备好的方面发问。

2、What types of prospective job tasks do you enjoy the most？Which prospective job tasks do you least care to do？ 主要考察应聘者会否对工作中的很多地方感到厌倦；另外还考察你对自己的喜好是否诚实，你是否了解这份工作的基本职责；你是否认识到任何职业都会包含一些枯燥无味的日常工作。
3、What is your greatest weakness？ 不要把那些明显是优点的品行当成缺点说，这种落入俗套的方式早已被面试官厌倦。可以说一些对于你应聘这个职位没有影响的缺点，对于那些在面试中已经表现出的明显弱点，你可以利用这个问题加以弥补，显示你早已意识到，并且正在改进，已经取得了较大进展。
4、What do you plan to be doing five years from now？ 主要考察你的职业目标是否符合公司的要求；这份职业是否是你达到目的的合理选择；你是否有继续发展的热情；你的野心是否和这份职业的要求相契合；你的发展潜力有多大。如果你应聘大企业，千万不要提你想创业，如果应聘小企业，这倒是个合理的回答。
5、What college subjects did you like best and least？ Why？ 这个
问题用来发现应聘者是怎样类型的人。即使你喜爱的课程与专业无关，也要表现出它对你申请的工作有所帮助。
6、What is your class rank and your grade point？ Why are your grades so low？ 如果你的成绩不好，你要准备好适当的解释。
7、What are your interests on outside work？ What campus or community activities have you been involved in？ 列举主要的一两个兴趣爱好即可，强调自己有很多兴趣爱好容易使人怀疑你有多少时间用来工作，还可能导致面试官对你的夸大其词的厌恶。

8、What adjectives would you use to describe yourself？ 无论词藻华丽与否，一定要体现自身的特点，并且与众不同。务必为每个词准备好具体的例子。
9、How do you deal with someone in your group who isn’t pulling his or her weight or disagree with your goals？ 考察你的团队合作能力和领导能力。用激励代替批评。回想那些你试图鼓励他人，并使他改变初衷，转为赞同你的观点的例子。
10、What position do you normally take on a team？ 考察你的团队合作技巧。不要把自己形容为一个跟随者或是领导者。公司希望你在团队合作中不懂时提出问题，必要时帮助他人，承担责任，做出贡献。好的合作者在团队中的角色是动态的。
11、Tell me what you’re most proud of on your experiences？ 这个问题几乎是每一位求职者必然面对的问题，最好挑选能够体现公司希望看到的素质的事例。
12、What is the worst mistake you’ve ever made？ 千万不要提那些人生污点，任何公司都会敬而远之。可以讲述一个有价值的教训，最好发生在很久以前，强调你从中学到现在，它如何影响你的今后发展。

每年的12月到次年2月都是职场人士跳槽的“多发期”，而大多数白领的新的工作意向是薪水高、福利好的外资企业。很多人从接到面试通知的电话起，心里就开始紧张，不用说想到要用英语面试、老外老板亲切却又让人紧张微笑、看似简单而又机关重重的问题……其实，只要提前准备一下，就可以避免因胡言乱语而失去你梦想工作的可能。
如何把握住问题的要点，猜透老外老板的问题，给出漂亮的回答，是面试的重要环节。来自EF英孚教育Career Service部总监及资深职业规划顾问铁芸女士,一直致力于帮助学员规划职业生涯，成功找到自己理想中的工作。以下就是她对于面试中英文问题的回答方面的一些建议，希望能够给您一些启示，助您顺利拿到聘书。
面试中最常见的问题：
1.Tell me about yourself.
这是一个面试问题中的经典头道开胃菜。铁芸说这个问题主要考察求职者的个性是否符合公司的企业文化，所以回答的时候要尽量贴近这个公司的情况来推销自己的特点。比如这个公司是属于汽车行业，那么你就该回答: “Driving is my hobby. I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends.” 总之是要找到自己跟这个公司的一个切合点，让面试官了解你充分适合这个环境。
2.What are your three greatest strengths?
铁芸说回答这个问题的时候不可以含混不清，不可以只是简单回答 “I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others.” 简洁、精炼，找到这个公司所看重的特长，是回答这个问题的关键。比如要应聘金融行业，可是说 “I think my three strongest strengths are details-oriental, patient and cautious.” 但是如果应聘者是一个销售精英，可以说:“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative.”总之，需要考虑到应聘公司及职务的需要来选择表现自己的优势。
3.What are your three greatest weaknesses?
铁芸强调，能够为公司增值永远是老板的最爱，老板都愿意找到一个了解、热爱工作，并能够为公司创造价值的员工。所以不要很诚实的把自己的毛病暴露出来，而是要策略的选择一些能够为自己加分的缺点。比如:“I am a perfectionist and I pay very much attention to details. Sometimes I am quite captious.”
4.Why are you interested in working for our company?
这个问题主要考察应聘者是否对这个工作进行了了解，或者是否真正有兴趣，所以需要围绕整个公司的具体情况，让面试官知道你很清楚这个公司的运营模式，以及对这项工作非常积极。因此不要以“It seemed like a good career move, ”或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting.”为开始。如果能有一些实际问题回答的话，就会更大的加分，铁芸建议应聘者可以这样: “I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by …”但是前提是你必须真的对这家公司作了研究，同时也要注意，不要让面试官觉得你是为了讨好面试官而言过其实，这样只会适得其反。
5.Why did you leave your last job?
跳槽的原因可能是上一份工作非常糟糕，但是面试并不是适合抱怨的场合。而且千万不要对现有或是过去的雇主或同事进行这样的评论：“I didn't agree with the company's direction.”“I got no recognition for my work.”“My boss was totally unreasonable. ”铁芸建议要从自身发展的角度出发来回答:“I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful.”总之，要让面试官知道，以前的公司在你的眼中并非一钱不值，你是怀着感激来评价他们的。
6.If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?
这个问题是要老板想知道你会不会像离开上一份工作那样很快的也离开这里，铁芸建议你可以这样回答:“As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities. ”这样就告诉老板，你是希望同公司一起成长，不会轻易的离开。
7.Tell me about a time when you felt very hard at your previous job.
听到这个问题，应聘者可能会有些摸不透面试官到底想知道什么，而不知道怎么回答。其实这个时候他是想知道你过去的工作中有过什么特别的例子，来展示你有解决各项复杂问题的能力。这时，最好能提前准备一张优秀的“成绩单”, 上面清楚的表明你处理过的问题的列表，告诉他你有能力解决任何困难，这一点至关重要。
8.Do you have any questions for me?
这也是一个面试中经典的结束问题，测试应聘者是否真正对这份工作真正有兴趣与热爱，此时应该询问具体的问题以显示应聘者非常了解该公司，对未来的工作有很多的期待和好主意，充分表示热情。铁芸说，应聘者一定要提前准备很多有关这个公司具体情况的问题，最好能够涉及到他们业务上取得的成绩，比如说：“I learned that your company has seen tremendous growth in recent years. I’m keen to know how you made such a success.”你需要表现出对这个公司浓厚的兴趣，到了这时，基本上一张聘书就到手了。
1. "What can you tell me about yourself?" This is not an
invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations
The following is a good example of a positive response. "In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and
specifically asked for me to help them. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best."

"Why do you want to work for us? This is an obvious question and, if you have done your research on the company, you should be able to give a good reason. 0rganize your reasons into several short sentences that clearly spell out your interest.
"You are a leader in the field of electronics. Your company is a

"Why should I hire you?" Once again, you should not be long winded, but you should provide a summary of your qualifications. Be positive and show that you are capable of doing the job. apologize for what you have done.

this question by saying that you do not have any, everyone has weaknesses.
The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the company's advantage. "I' m such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job is well done. "你最大的弱点是什么？"你不应该说你没有任何弱点，以此来回避这个问题；每个人都有弱点。最佳策略是承认你的弱点，但同时表明你在予以改进，并有克服弱点的计划。

7. "What is your greatest strength"?" This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.
"I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with
highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis." "你最突出的优点是什么？"这是你"展示自己"的最佳机会，不要吹嘘自己或过于自负，但要让雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的优点。
