体验式拓展训练 锻炼心理素质

这两天，我们公司组织全体成员在明阳天下拓展训练公司的培训基地进行了一系列的体能拓展训练，训练项目包括“信任背摔”、“团队方正”、“穿越电网”、“高空过断桥”、“越高墙”等，全体员工全身心投入，乐在其中，取得了良好的效果，员工的心情得到放松，精神面貌、凝聚力和体能得到提升，团队感得到增强，可谓别开生面，意义非凡。

据悉，绝大部分员工都是第一次参加体能拓展训练，之前不少员工对此充满“好奇”、“新鲜”与“期待”，训练结束后，大部分员工喜悦之情溢于言表——“快乐”、“感谢”、“收获不少”、“意犹未尽” “回味无穷”、“希望多举办类似的活动”??

拓展培训是体验式的。她有别于我们传统的教育方式，讲究先行后知，在实践中去总结、碰撞、冲突、沟通，最后形成共识，增强了团队的默契程度。

拓展培训的主要目的是锻炼心理素质。通过一些挑战性的项目，让团队成员感受到了团队的温暖和力量，使成员在这种力量的感召下突破自我、超越自我，特别是有恐高症的学员，改变更大，这是心理学中模仿法、系统脱敏法的实践运用。

游戏在整个培训过程中只是作为工具使用。由于成人游戏在培训过程中的穿插使用，使得课堂气氛空前活跃，成员本真出演，所以容易快速增进信任、加深了解，打破陌生感，学员得到了前所未有快乐体验，这些快乐体验都深深的烙刻在了她们的记忆里，以致在以后

很长一段时间内，学员依然一脸的幸福。但游戏只是工具，只起到杠杆的作用，深埋于游戏里的原理细心的学员就会从中顿悟，悟，本身就是改变，我就不再深谈深远的影响了。
