入职感言

听了各位同事的工作总结，我也说说我的入职感言：

从五月底入职到现在两个月有余，虽然只是短短两个月，但是这段时间，看到身边的同事爱岗敬业的精神，看到他们对事业的热爱追求，以及，公司领导对工作一丝不苟的认真态度，令我感受到了一家企业文化优秀、工作氛围愉悦的大公司的非凡魅力。作为一位新来的员工，我感到无比荣幸。在这里，我要特别感谢在这段时间帮助过我的领导和同事，正是因为有了他们的帮助，才使得我在最短的时间适应了环境。

为了做好销售工作，我正用心的做着领导交给我的每一项任务。作为一名新员工，尽管在过去的工作中积累了一定的工作经验，但刚进入公司，需要学习的东西也很多。在接下来的时间，我将在以下方面展开学习：

一：主动了解，保持高昂的学习激情，不断地补充产品知识。自己对产品的了解还不够系统，对于北京展会上客户咨询的参数问题还不够了解，未来在这一块上要不断学习。同时，不断了解行业信息。

二：不断地提高业务知识。在客户跟进和开发这块，虚心向前辈们学习销售技巧，努力尽快成为一名合格的业务员。

三：继续协助经理，做好发货及文档处理工作，如果有需要，做好翻译工作。

第二篇：年度销售员感想

Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year

After finishing seeing the film Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, I am deeply infected. This Indian film tells us a story of a man’s changing from a sales trainee to a boss of a sales company. It reminds us of a truth which is often neglected by common people that people with poor performance at school can also become big ones someday.

When you see the film at first sight, it is hard to discover what it is really talking about. But as the story is going on, you can hardly imagine the plot next second. The hero is always doing something incredible.

Harpreet Singh Bedi, a young man who has just graduated from the university with a high rate of absence, is a so-called poor student. Normally, it is very hard for him to find a job. But he is so lucky to successfully become a sales trainee in a computer service company called At Your Service (AYS) with his perseverance. However, his idea about sales is different from his boss Mr. Puri’s. As a result, Harpreet is henceforth stopped from visiting any clients and will only make cold calls from his desk. It means his entire career is fatefully over. At this time, the turning point of his career comes to him. Harpreet’s future girlfriend Sherena and the “item girl” Koena give him a hand. An order for only two PCs changes his life. The idea of establishing a personal company occurs to him. And then, Rocket Sales Corporation comes into the world. They visit those dead clients of AYS, and serve at the half price during 24 hours with one month’s extra free service. With his wisdom and talents, Harpreet’s business becomes bigger and bigger. Things become public one day after all. They are within an inch of being sent to the jail. There are no other ways but sacrifice himself to protect other four people. However, AYS can hardly satisfy Rocket’s customers’ demands. Those clients are used to some other type of service. As a consequence, influenced by Harpreet’s concept that business is people, Mr. Puri returns Rocket to him.

In fact, everyone has great potential. Once stimulated by the outside people, one will eventually be paid off. The experience of Harpreet gives me a good inspiration. First of all, one must be persistent, be tough, and cannot give up halfway. Of course, it is easier to say, but it may be another situation when things are done. So, be able to hold on to the last. Secondly, one cannot deny himself when continually being laughed at. On the contrary, they must strengthen their faith and make the impossible possible. One is not born to simply stay in his own place. Thirdly, people must be considerable. Never take a one-side view of things. Fourthly, be sincere towards others. We must try our best to place ourselves in other’s position to think for others. In this film, just because of the hero’s sincerity, he gets the help from Koena. At last, when your own legal rights will be infringed, you should know how to use appropriate negotiating skills to protect the rights. It means a lot if you are keen to make it. To sum up, perhaps one will

easily be successful, but it is the combined result of several factors.

The film can be regarded as a guide for graduates. It tells us the correct attitude when we work. Never feel humble when facing the strong and never be haughty when seeing the weak. Always keep a cool head. If you do not know how to deal with the problems, the best way is to solve it one by one. We have nothing at first. So even if we fail, we have more experience and dreams than nothing.
