第一节 常见的面试问题
1. 请做一个自我介绍。
在准备中英文自我介绍时，请君注意：
1） 不是流水帐，而是突出讲自己学习和工作经历中的两到三个亮点；
2） 不用形容词，不做自我总结，而是用事实去让对方总结你是什么人；
3） 不是只谈论“我有多么优秀”，还要大谈特谈自己对该公司该职位的了解，要告诉HR“为什么爱上你”！HR的心理期待是：说吧，说你爱我吧……，甚至于，你准备如何爱我呢？你为什么比别人更适合我呢？
4） 请准备1分钟和3分钟两个版本的自我介绍。
经典3分钟自我介绍举例：

英文回答：My name is Yu Liu. I am never afraid of failures. So far the biggest failure in my life was that I failed the College Entrance Examinations in 1999 due to the extremely low mathematics exam score of 49 points. But I didn’t give up, as New Oriental School put it, hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope, I began my self-taught studies at Department of Chinese Literature, Zhongshan University. 点评：这份自我介绍有两个决胜因素，第一是把自己的缺点变成了卖点，自考的学历本来稍占劣势，但是被于柳巧妙地转化成了符合新东方文化“从绝望到希望”的一个大优势！第二是有备而来，带来了自己过去的作品和为新东方“免费”策划的宣传文案！令人感动到鳄鱼泪下！
（2） 我叫萧峰，祖籍山东，20##年毕业于兰州铁道学院，专业是火车头设计，主要是使用计算机软件进行火车头设计,所以我毕业后逐渐转行从事软件工作。（点评：第一部分，简单介绍个人信息）因为三个理由我相信自己胜任贵公司的工作。第一，我有近三年的软件实施经验，实施过出版社、流程行业、机械加工行业等管理系统，总实施金额达几百万元。第二，值得突出的一点是，在实施软件项目时，我擅长说服客户接受我们既有的软件程序，而不是频繁进行非必要的二次开发，因此我所负责过的项目按合同期限完成的占65%，这是我们公司的最高比例。第三，我具备技术开发、项目实施、销售三方面的综合能力，我从事过C++和JAVA开发，我负责过的两个项目都成功签定了第二期软件服务合同。综合上述三点，我相信自己是和佳所需要的人！我对和佳十分向往，是因为和佳每年都能签到数百万元合同额的大单，担任这样大项目的负责人，是我的目标！谢谢大家！
英文回答：My name is Xiao Feng. I was born in Shandong. In 20## I graduated from Lanzhou Railway College. My major is locomotive, specifically, design locomotives with software. I believe I qualify for this job for three reasons. Firstly, I have three years experience of software installation in the businesses of publishing house, processing industry, mechanical engineering and so on, with a total contract value of several million Yuan. Secondly, my greatest strength is that I am good at persuading the clients to accept our existing models instead of the often unnecessary re-development. As we all know, this is the major way to keep the project to schedule so that 65% of the projects I have been in charge of have been completed on time, which is the highest rate in our company. （1） 即使你准备了完美的答案，回答问题时既不可太长，也不可太快，要给HR留出思考和提问的空档。“//”表示你可以停顿时间稍长，以便HR提问。
（2） 你所答的优点，一定要是所申请的职位所需要的优点，如果你应聘部门经理，说自己最大的优点是“性格随和”，恐怕难以令HR满意，HR更关心你是否有能力领导一个部门开拓进取，而不要一个满大街都有的随和先生。
英文回答：My biggest strength is my thinking habit, that is, I think hard to find ways to achieve better results. I continually ask myself, “How can this be done more effectively, or faster, or more easily? My motto is “Work smarter, not work harder.” Of course I don’t mean working hard is not important, but working smarter brings better results. // For example, when I was sophomore I was once hired by a MP3 shop to hand out advertisement sheets on campus.
