（三）注重细节，精益求精。

俗话说：细节决定成败。每一项工作都是由无数个细节组成的，也许有人说一两个细节没做好没什么大不了，甚至认为只求结果不求过程，但我认为从工作细节就能看出一个人的为人之道，严谨之人必定在细节上畀之精确，大意之人可能在细节上予以漠视。平时工作中我要求自己注重细节，精益求精，在审核#5@p时不合格的坚决退回。对于我坚持原则的做法，有的同志颇有微词，认为没必要，但我坚持认为只有每一个工作细节都把握好才能把工作做到最好。
