20xx年年终个人工作总结

忙碌而难忘的20xx年即将过去,醉白楼在王仁智总经理带领下,我们一步一个脚印,管理工作有序的进行,具体工作汇报如下: 工作业绩:

08年是不平凡年,我们中国人共同见证了严冬的雪灾、5月汶川大地震、8月的北京奥运会,接着又迎来了残酷的金融危机。尤其是景区餐饮,又经历了无数个黄金周、节假日和无车日,我们餐饮业遇到了一个又一个冲击,经历了一个又一个严峻考验,但是在全体醉白人的齐心协力下,以可喜的成绩完成了集团公司下达各项指标。 自律性:

今年也是我踏入醉白楼工作已临近四周年了,虽然人生平淡,没有做出什么惊天动地的事迹,但是对本职工作几年如一日,求真、务实、勤奋、言传身教是我的工作作风。不计较个人得失,工作不推萎,对待宾客服务工作能做到热情、周到、细致、先行预计的服务理念,尊敬上级领导,积极参加各项集体活动,耐心育人,对员工管理做到态度和蔼,把握原则。

服务质量控制:

(1) 今年x月份在总工会、劳动局支持下,通过了服务资格证

书初级工50名,中级工10名,高级工5名。

(2) 做到新员工上岗前进行有计划培训和考核,转正期进行考

核后转正,员工存在着的技能问题及时指出和针对性进行培训。

(3) 做到每天餐前准备工作检查,餐中管理督导,餐后宾客意

见书的信息反馈,及时反映给不同部门,真正感受到一句业内话“宾客就是我们的老师”。

(4) 每月底进行服务质量标兵、自律标兵、台面标兵评选活动,

虽然奖励的资金有限,但使员工的工作积极性和向心力提高了。 金科玉律:

卫生质量是我们餐饮工作的金科玉律,严格指定了卫生检查制度。每日餐前由当值主管及当值服务人员对各区域进行严格卫生检查、登记,并进行每月奖惩,并进行每月卫生质量标兵评选。既树立了员工卫生意识,又让员工也参与检查,树立主人翁思想。

客户信息服务维护

(1) 对新老客户做到资料登记存档。

(2) 逢年过节进行短消息沟通。

(3) 对老客户的口味和喜欢菜肴做到提前准备,使客人真正感

觉到了醉白楼就像到了自己家一样,真正做好与客户的互动。 (4) 对特殊高端客户有生病之痛或住院治疗,亲自去探望。 健康有益活动:

利用员工下午休息时间,部门购置了一些羽毛球拍、跳绳、乒乓球板等,进行有益的体育锻炼,同时也丰富了员工业余活动。我们还举行了4X200米托盘接力赛、羽毛球团体赛和员工技能比武,让员工快乐工作,又增强了员工们的团队精神,最终提高了员工工作干劲和服务质量。

有待改进之处:

(1) 中层管理人员调动频繁,各层负责人各有自己的管理个性

和能动性,造成有一段时间员工思想不稳定,今年又是结婚生育高峰,员工流失率较大,有段时间服务员数量缺口较大。 (2) 新员工人数较多,熟练程度较低,素质较差。虽然经过培

训,但是接受能力不同,基层和中层管理人员现场管理松懈和督导不力,服务质量时高时低。

(3) 销售队伍年轻和经验不足,人员缺,现处于扶持和培养状

态,现场销售积极性和热情度不高。

2009年展望:

09年金融危机风暴,经济形式可能会更严峻,对我们餐饮业来说真正的严冬开始了。我坚信,只有把自己的品牌质量做得更好,开源积流,把真正的实惠让利给客人,前途还是光明的。我将会在明年的工作中“求真、务实、勤奋、开拓、创意”十字方针更努力工作,与企业一起共渡难关。
