The change of president

班级:视听说2级4班

This Year, our SDU had changed a new president. In this situation, we had an interview about it, which aims to motivate the initiative of the current students in SDU and establish a sense of ownership, and in the same time, we hope our students can give some advice to the new president, work together to develop an excellent SDU by our own efforts.

In the interview, we found that there are 10% of students had no idea about the new president, which indicate that some students only care about their own business, pay much attention to the studying but ignore the fresh news about university, haven’t realize that they one of the SDU. In other words, these fraction students are lack of ownership, whereas the campus not encourages this kind of behavior. On the contrary, as a university student, we should separate some of our concentration on the campus life and social activities, keep a high enthusiasm on the public business, and as a youth in the new generation, who is living with ideal and ambition, we should also make contributions to the social, which is our responsibility.

Our students had a high evaluation on Xu Xianming, who is the new president, especially on the extension of campus districts, importing and training new teachers, improving the infrastructure. All these measures provide a more comfortable and loose study environment to students, also make SDU be a more excellent university among others, improving the comprehensive strength and teaching level for the whole university, which make us be more pride to be a SDU person.

In addition, students also have some more hope to the new president. They wish that he can continue achieving the goal to be a first-class university in the whole world, set air-conditioning for each teaching room, improve the condition of dormitories and reduce the rate of failure.

Apart from these, students also imagined what the SDU will be once it becomes the first-class university in the interview: SDU have a more rigorous teaching environment, thick learning surrounding, and a large amount of excellent tutors and professors.

Besides, students will be more positive in learning, the environment of campus will be more beautiful and comfortable, the infrastructure will be more technology and we will have a lot of qualified schools, including Nobel laureate, successful businessman and literati, which will be helpful to both the college and students. Through these blueprints from students, we can predict the bright future of SDU.

Through this interview, we got the deep thought of students and their requirements, and found the current existed problems, such as the apartment is too old, the evaluate system of examination is unreasonable, the infrastructure is not perfect enough…As one of the SU, it is our duty to give some recommendation in developing a better, even the best SDU in China. To achieve this objective, we will give the questions and suggestions of students to president as a feedback to give SDU a more beautiful future.

This interview also helped us have a conscious of unite, only when we work together, fight together, can we make a success. Even though we had met many difficulties during the interview, our partners never abandon and never give up, we are always together when rising solutions and discussing the objections, finally make us

accomplish the mission successfully. And what help us most is that this interview improving our English spoken skills and motivating our interesting in English studying.

二分部初一英语备课组期中总结

为了适应我校分部切块管理的模式,我们英语备课组半学期以来所做工作汇报如下:

1.认真执行学校和分部的规章制度,履行自己的职责;

2.在初一英语备课组集体备课后,我们又进行第二次备课,不仅备内容,更关键是备教法,每位老师都毫无保留地发表自己的观点,通过课堂的展示,再进行交流,取人之长,补己之短;

3.我们轮流随堂听课,及时评课,互相学习;

4.我们所有作业统一,彼此配合融切。

通过第一次月考和期中考试,我们本部彼此相差无几,但与其它部的部 分班级相比,还是有一定差距的,经过我们的反思和调查,可能存在以下问题:

1.对学生要求不到位,课后督查不到位;

2.学生学习缺乏方法指导;

考试以后,面对我们的成绩,不得不反思,我认为,人生的道路上失败是难免的,但关键是如何面对失败,克服困难,重见光明,经备课组讨论,今后做法如下:

1.提高课堂效率,向40分钟要质量;

2.与班主任积极配合,增强英语作业的督查力度;

3.有针对性教会学生学英语的方法,提高学习效率;

4.利用班级“帮抚结对”办法,提高中等生的成绩,使差生积极赶上。
