know about the Christmas Day?

Answer: OK, the Christmas in the foreign countries is as important as the Spring Festival in China. What‘s more, they have a long vacation in Christmas, and people all over the world will have a lot of programs to have fun.

2. Do you usually celebrate the Christmas?

Answer: Oh, I celebrated the Christmas when I was a child, and I was very excited about it, but now I seldom celebrate it.

Inorder to find out what the life it was in the past in China, I intervewed a grangpa in our shool’s little park, who is at about his 60s.

Q(Question): Hello, nice to meet you. Thank you for accepting my interview.

A(Answer): Nice to meet you too.

Q: Em, you look like about at 60s, right? Would you like to tell me when people mostly used bikes?

A:Yeah, I was born in 1953 and I’m 61years old now. Actually, you know China was been named of “The Kingdom of Bicycle” in the past. I remember my grandpa told me that bicycle was introduced in China in the late 19th century. Then in 1960s, 1970s, when I was a young man, bicycle along with sewing machine and watch became the necessary three-major-items of marriage. Bicycle became really popular in the 1980s, it was the most important and most universal vehicle at that moment, the famous brands included “Yong jiu”, “Fenghuang”, “Feige”. The flow of thousands of bicycles during the rush hour was extremly awesome which made China became “The Kingdom of Bicycle”. 1、Which style of parenting did your team performance ?

The style of parenting our team performance just now was permissive.

2、Please describe this style of parenting.

Permissive doesn’t mean uninvolved, but means that the parents should respect child’s thinking and behavior in a reasonable and freedom atmosphere. They should give their children more independence, do not set many other rules for them and do not object to regular social activities.

3、I want to know this style of parenting is good for whom.

I think it is good for a 21-year-old college student respectively.

4、why do you think that?

As is known to all, when the children become adults, not only do they have their own understanding and expectation about society , but also they have their own ideal and planning about their future. the parents should ask them to live by themselves and make their own decision.

Today is May 11. When I had arrived at Anzhen Centre, I was suddenly notified by a teacher that I need to make a report about the first examination of the Popkids English Talent Competition. I went into the 304 classroom without thinking. It was really quiet in the classroom when I went in and all the competitors were concentrate in the listening test. I could see some of them writing confidently, but some of them were not certain about the answer.

After the exam, one of the students told me that she thought the part 4 and 5 were a bit difficult, but the rest were very easy, and she was sure that she can pass. Other students also gave similar answers to my question.

At last, I wish all of these students can pass the test!
