很快很快的，一学期又要过去了，每一学期都要学习很多课程。然而《出品贸易模拟操作教程》也是其中的一科，对于这门课程，在刚开始是看到它时，那么厚的一本，就有点不喜欢它，后来经过学习之后，就对这门课越来越感兴趣了。

在我们国际经济与贸易这个专业学习的课程都是偏文科性的理论知识，大多都是要用背的，而我偏偏又是个不喜欢背，每次背了都记不住。所以我一直很喜欢用操作的、有实践性的课程，终于《出品贸易模拟操作教程》满足了我的期望。

通过本学期这门出口贸易模拟操作课程的实际上机操作，我全面了解了国际进出口贸易整个实际业务流程及产生的各种单据的制作，充分调动了原先书本学习的理论知识。这次的国际贸易制单操作模拟实习，不仅让我们模拟了全套单据的制作过程，更是让我们熟悉了外贸进出口各个环节的流程。下面谈一谈我的一些体会。

在开设这门课的学期初，刚面对国际贸易实务模拟操作的时候，我对其中的各个流程，步骤几乎是毫无头绪的。通过自己在做的过程中慢慢摸索与总结，从贸易的磋商、合同的签订到最终贷款结算的全过程，我模拟了全套单据的制作过程，进一步熟悉了外贸进出口业务各个环节的流程，在第一笔业务完成的那一瞬间，真心感到颇有成就感。虽然在这过程遇到了种种问题，出现了种种错误，有时候自己专研书本，有时候和同学们讨论，有时候问老师。总之，到最后都克服了种种的问题。

在这次模拟操作中，一共有十五个步骤，具体为：建立业务关系、出口报价核算、出口发盘出口还价核算、出口还盘、出口交易磋商、出口成交、出口成交核算、出口合同签订、信用证审核、修改信用证、出口托运订舱、出口货物投保、出口货物报验报关、出口制单结汇、出口业务善后。在操作中，不是写商业书信就是填制表格，这些都是需要足够的耐心和细心，不然很容易就出错。例如，在进行出口报价核算是，要特别注意题目中所给的包装单位、货币单位，如果最后报价忘记换算单位就前功尽弃了。更重要的是，在发盘时，要对提出的事项认真考虑，否则一旦对方接受发盘，给出承诺，即合同成立，没有反悔的余地了。 另外，结合专业，在实际操作中，我能深刻体会到英语在其中的必要性。进出口合同中、进出口贸易中的各项单证中都是英文单证，若英语基础弱的话对业务工作是种阻碍，降低了工作效率，在实际交易中则有可能引发纠纷，所以说英语能力在国际贸易中是十分重要的。 这次实习的完成对我们专业知识的巩固起到了不可忽视的作用。通过这次实习，我全面
