开端长短句相结合，画龙点睛

考生都知道六级作文的得分点其中之一便是复杂句，好的作文中无疑会有很多优秀的复杂句，但是整篇作文全部都是复杂句构成的话，也会给人晦涩穿凿的感觉，然而，在文章的开头写一个短小精辟的句子却可以起到画龙点睛的作用。而且如果我们把短句放在段首或者段末，也可以揭示主题。考生在文章开端时可以选择用一个长句一个短句，长句在前短句在后的形式，如果要对观点进行阐述的话，可以就每一个小点采用先短后长的句式，这样显得短小精悍并具有总结性。

主题句放在开头，清晰点题

作文老师在阅卷时时间紧迫，一般都会喜欢尽快找到文章的主题，所以考生在写作时可以在第一段开头就写明主题句，后面的文章就紧紧围绕这一主题展开，这样不仅可以让老师一目了然，也可以使自己的文章主题明确，条理清晰，如果把主题句放到文章中间，那么阅卷老师稍一仓促可能就找不到这样就会认定考生的作文偏题或跑题了，再想得高分就不容易了。
