?1、求职信是求职者写给招聘单位的信函。求职信是自我表白，其目的和作用要是让人事主管看，因人事主管有太多的求职信函要看，因此要简明扼要。语言注意点求职信不同于简历。在介绍自己情况时，不可面面俱到，否则篇幅过长，反而不易得到重视。应重点突出与所应聘职位相关的自己的特点及特长。语言要有礼貌，要能体现出诚恳的态度和对工作的渴求。

?求职信一般包括以下几个方面的内容：首先要阐述清楚招聘信息的来源，以及所申请的职位；其次简述个人信息；然后进一步强调自己的能力，表达抱负，并请求给予面试机会；最后提出自己的希望，希望得到面试的机会，并且告诉对方你的联系方式。

大学英语教师教学信念与课堂教学实践的关系

摘 要 本文通过对4名教师的课堂观察及访谈，探讨了大学英语教师的教学信念及其与课堂教学实践的关系。研究结果表明，大学英语教师的教学信念与课堂教学实践基本一致，但受多种因素的影响，教学信念与课堂教学实践之间也存在一些差异。

0 引言

教师信念（teachers’ belief）是指教师对教育、教学、学习及学生相关问题的看法。大学英语教师是课堂的实践者、决策者和改革者，他们对教学各因素的认知与信念直接影响着他们的知觉、判断，支配着教学行为，并对教学效果、学生的思想和行为产生不同程度的影响。 自20世纪xx年代以来，国外研究者们逐渐认识到语言教师的内在思想过程以及他们构建教学行为的过程的重要性，有关教师信念的研究成果开始大量涌现。Freeman认为外语教学是一种“高度认知的行为”；Burns归纳出影响教师信念的五个核心因素；Smith证实教师的指导性决策和教师信念具有高度的一致性；Woods认为教师的信念、态度和经验对课堂教学会产生重要的影响；Pajares指出信念、假想、观念和个人理论是可以互相交换使用的概念。

目前，我国的外语教师信念研究已经起步，研究主要集中在教师信念的内容和特征（夏纪梅20xx；郑新民、蒋群英20xx）、教师信念与教师行为的关系（高强、秦俊红20xx；楼荷英、寮菲20xx）以及影响教师信念的因素（覃成强20xx；张凤娟、刘永兵20xx）。夏纪梅在20xx年对全国600所高校的在职大学英语教师的外语教育观念、知识、能力和科研进修状况进行了问卷调查，结果表明多数大学英语教师在传统与现代交替阶段出现了观念的混乱，缺乏理论指导或理论脱离实践等现象。楼荷英、寮菲在对12名大学英语教师进行调查后发现，教师的教学信念与其课堂教学实践基本一致，但由于受多种因素影响，两者之间也有脱节现象。张凤娟、刘永兵对700多名英语教师进行问卷调查，结果表明，大学英语教师信念受到外界环境因素和教师自身因素的共同影响。
