摘要：本文通过对我国外语教育发展及基础教育、高等教育改革(如大学英语教学、英语专业教学改革等)的讨论，阐明了建构具有中国特色的外语教育体系的重要性。同时针对理论研究、师资教育、人才培养等方面所存在的问题，尝试创设立足我国国情、为我国教育发展服务的外语教育体系。该体系以本土性、多元性、发展性为原则，涵盖外语教育研究、外语教师教育和外语人才培养等三个维面。

关键词：建构；中国特色；外语教育；体系

Abstract：This paper illustrates the importance of establishing the foreign language education system with Chinese characteristics through the discussion of the development and reform of foreign language education at different levels in China．Based upon the current situations，the paper also attempts to develop a foreign language education system to solve problems in theoretical research，teacher education and talents cultivation．

大学英语教学论文:从功能语言学视角谈 21 世纪新形势下大学英语教学

　　21 世纪新的形势下，大学外语教师必须掌握一定的语言学理论来指导自己的教学，韩礼德所创立的系统功能语言理论学为大学英语教学改革提供了坚实的理论基础，该理论强调语言的系统性、功能性，重视培养学生的综合语言能力。基于此，从功能语言学的视角论述新形势下的大学外语教学，以期有助于推进大学外语教学改革的顺利进行。

　　在国际经济文化交流日益频繁的今天，作为国际通用语的英语吸引了越来越多的语言学家和英语教师不断在语言学领域里探求英语教学的理论支撑，韩礼德创立的系统功能语言学日益成为人们关注的焦点。该理论的教学目标是发展学生的“意义潜势”，这与当前新形势下教学改革的目标是一致的。在教学方法上，系统功能语言学主张采用包括交际教学法在内的适合于各种要求的教学方法。在教学模式上，系统功能语言学是现代化多媒体、网络教学的理论基石。在 21 世纪新的形势下韩礼德所创立的系统功能语言理论学为大学英语教学改革提供了坚实的理论基础，该理论强调语言的系统性、功能性，重视培养学生的综合语言能力。

　　因而，笔者试图从系统功能语言学视角分析大学英语教学的现状及问题，对新形势下大学英语教学进行探索，希望会推进大学外语教学改革的顺利进行。系统功能语言学的基本观点以人文主义思想为基础的系统功能语言学是由韩礼德所创建的，被誉为 20 世纪最有影响力的语言学理论。该理论认为语言是一个社会符号系统，主张从社会文化的角度来研究语言; 该理论强调语言的系统性、功能性，重视培养学生的综合语言能力，更强调语言的特殊性，认为语言的特殊性与语言的实际运用相关。韩礼德从语言运用的角度把语言的功能划分为概念功能、人际功能及语篇功能; 语言系统是一个由语义层、词汇语法层、音系层所组成的多层次的系统，层次之间的关系是体现和被体现的关系; 从系统中进行选择便产生了在社会文化交际中实际应用的语言。

Censorship and Freedom of Speech on China’s Internet

Have you experienced or heard that one of the most annoying thing travelling in China is not being able to access Facebook? Have you wondered why? Blocking Facebook is just one way Chinese media dictates public opinions. There are other sites that have been blocked: YouTube, Google, Twitter and so on. In fact there are about 2600 blocked foreign websites in china under their internet censorship policy (greatfire.org). Most people in china don’t even

know the existence of most of these websites. Moreover, Chinese internet strictly filters Contents about political, social, conflicts and securities. The People’s Republic of china (PRC) is a one-party state ruled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). While China is growing at a drastic speed, CCP is constantly receiving critical comments and also facing protests from teenagers. In respond, its information communication technology (ICT) sectoris maintaining the regulations (Deibert). It might seem necessary to regulate informations about political threat, social issues, and conflicts in order to keep people in faith of its Communist Party, butthe “less they know, the more they wonder”, it is also human right to have freedom of speech. It is about the time of changes,since more and more teenagers are questioning China’s censorship, since its purpose is obvious: to keep civilians in faith of CCP by being dishonest. China needs the change.

Should We Celebrate Western Festivals?

Nowadays, Western festivals such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day are gaining increasing popularity in China, especially among college students. But whether we should celebrate these festivals has become a subject of heated discussion.

Some believe celebrating Western festivals is a sign of globalization. They argue that China needs to take in various foreign cultures so as to blend into the modern world. And celebrating Western festivals is a good opportunity for the Chinese to know more about other cultures. However, others believe that the Western festivals threaten a kind of cultural aggression. Therefore, we should drive them out lest they should undermine our traditional culture.

In my opinion, as college students, we should preserve the traditional Chinese culture as well as stay open to Western ones. Therefore, while laying emphasis on Chinese festivals, we could also absorb foreign elements.
