1. 开发信应尽量少用已读回执功能,当然,一般情况下,刚写好一封新的开发信,自己对它的成效把握不大的时候,你也可以试着用这个功能,看看客户收到之后,会怎么处理。这里有个情况,有些客户就是看了,他也不会给你发已读回执。这种情况会比给你发已读回执的要多见。 为什么不回复? 这个问题问的好! 有很多可能的情况,也许是客户目前有合适的供应商,或许是他只是想看看是什么邮件,或许是你的介绍没有达到让他要回复的那种效果。。。。可以给你回复的情况也很多,一种是因为礼貌性的回复,比如说 i will contact you later whenever we have inquiries , we have put your company in our achives and shall contact you when required....  .其实主要的问题就是,要多了解这个客户,而不是套用网上已经流传几年的开发信模板,因为很可能你联系的这个客户已经收到很多这样的邮件,没有什么兴趣了。另外一点,也是很多新手忽略的就是,过多的介绍自己公司,没有去找出2个公司的共同点或者有可能的合作模式。  还有很多,这里就不一一说明。

2. Yes, 邮件标题的设置很重要!我已经在FOB上有介绍过,有机会在分享什么样的标题最能促使客户去点击打开。

3. 你们发的是垃圾邮件。理由看第一点,没有针对性,只泛泛介绍自己。 我有空的时候才发几封开发信,而且是一个月才发一些,你发的200封,我需要用大约1年时间才发那么多。

篇八 :开发信范文及注解

英文开发信如何避免成为垃圾邮件!

最近一直在修改自己的开发信,由原来的单是文字,到后来结合图片(不是附件形式,是在内容中添加)。虽然退信不多,但是我发现回复也不多。经过多次测试,我发现只要信中有图片,就算不是在附件中,都有几乎90%的机会成为垃圾邮件,而且有图片之后,邮件会变大,更难避开拦截。有图片效果,邮件看起来会好很多,但是接近客户的成功率也会大大下降。同时也测试其他情况,和大家分享一下:

1.第一次发的邮件最好不要有图片和附件。如果你和客户有联系,客户有回复你的邮件,邮件系统查实你们之间有邮件来往,这样以后的邮件有图片也问题不大。

2.信中最好不要有URL。有链接的话,也是很容易被拦截,因为邮件系统会认为有潜在威胁。如果是公司的网址最好是取消链接效果,把前面的http去掉,这样客户还是能够看到我们的网站。

3.不要用太奇怪的字体,最好用常规的字体。大家都知道用不同的字体,加上不同的颜色,可以吸引客户,但还是和图片一样,再好看,如果连给客户打开的机会都没有,也是白费功夫。奇怪的字体系统会认为是广告邮件。(虽然我们事实上是有广告性质,但是和那些开发票的相比,我们还算比较好)

4.内容不要有free和low price等字样。这样是很吸引人,但这也是系统拦截的最普遍的字眼。一般的介绍内容就行了,有时太敏感的文字,系统一样会拦截。

5.标题是最关键的。比较另类的标题可以吸引人,不过也是很危险的,加大了拦截的可能性。我建议用一些朴实一些的标题,正式一点的,避免标题和内容不一致,客户看到,会很反感的。

6.一定要针对性地发邮件,不要群发。群发的拦截率会超高,而且也不太尊重客户。要向那些和自己产品相关的客户发邮件,并且在发之前,要大概了解客户的情况。一天发上千封邮件,倒不如发几十到一百封的针对性邮件。在了解客户的同时,你也从客户相关的咨询学到好多东西,这也是一种进步,使自己更专业。
