办理机构：日照市行政审批大厅二楼 外侨办

申请材料：

1.《邀请外国人入境审批表》两份，需单位相关负责人签字并加盖公章，并提交开发区招商局盖章； 注：招商局盖章时需提交的材料如下：

① 《邀请外国人入境审批表》两份，条件同上；

② 《邀请外国人来访说明》1份，加盖公章；

③ 护照和签证页复印件，加盖公章；

④ 组织机构代码证和营业执照副本的复印件，加盖公章；

⑤ 就业许可证的复印件；

⑥ 代办人的身份证复印件，加盖公章。

办理期限：3~5个工作日（主管出差较多，需提前提交）

2.《邀请外国人来访说明》1份，加盖公章；

3. 护照和签证复印件，加盖公章；

4. 组织机构代码证和营业执照副本的复印件，加盖公章；

5. 代办人的身份证复印件，加盖公章。

办理期限：6~8个工作日

办理费用：250元/人
