初二英语期末考试中，102，103班的均分分别为49.7和52.2。比104,105班少3分。及格率14和22。104，105是19.4。三个班的差距不是太大。但是和泽州县各兄弟学校相比，差距何止几分，几十分？还有一年的时间就是见分晓的时刻——中考。这是一个巨大的压力，这是一副千斤的重担。别人不挑推给我，带着矛盾的心情上路。明知山有虎，偏向虎山行。

面临的困难：学生的基础太差，所剩的学习时间太短。不熟悉学生，与学生需要一段磨合期。

欲想的教学过程：先扎扎实实复习好七年级八年级课本的主要内容，由此顺利过渡到九年级教材。因为九年级教材中所考的东西其实并不多。七年级八年级的基础却非常重要。打牢扎实的基础，磨刀不误砍柴功。

复习内容时间和要求

1. 48个音素巩固

2. 七年级上册下册课本复习半个月。将这册书里的重点词组全部总结和抄写一遍。三种时态个别检查。争取每班有近二十名左右的学生掌握。

3. 八年级上册复习十天。

主要复习每个单元的重点词组，句型结构。并系统地将所学语法再讲一遍。通过做练习，发现学习困难的学生，个别补习。争取每个班至少有二十名左右的学生能经过努力跟上课。

4．灵活机动，不平均分配时间。虽然主要以单元备课复习为主。但是加强了重点，难点的突破，保障了时间。对于语法比如一般现在时，一般过去时和现在进行时，除了保障时间外，还做到了面对面的辅导和检查，以便及时发现问题，及时个别解决；形容词副词的比较级和最高级也是非常重要的。我又精心的修改了下载课件。系统地给学生复习了一遍。特别对于副词的比较等级，我们平时强调的太少了。这次加强了形容词副词比较等级的比较。现在我们已经复习到了八年级上册书的第六单元。再用五天复习完上册书。就开始上九年级课。并要求学生学一个单元，就复习八年级下册一个单元。同步进行。

本学期主要任务和目标
