铁路军事运输论文:铁路军事运输装载地域装载点选择研究
【中文摘要】装载地域是实施铁路军事运输的重要物质条件之一。综合考虑各种因素选择良好的装载地域,确定恰当的装载站(点)使用数量,对实现首长决心、军用列车的输送进度、输送时限,保障部队安全、快速、正点地实施铁路输送具有十分重要的意义,也是平时军事交通战备工作的重要内容。传统的装载地域选择方法基本上是,通常性、经验性和一般性的情况总结出来的方法,就是根据几个车站、几条线路、几个装载点、几条通路简单的合计来确定,是粗略计算得出的车站装载能力。显然选择的不够合理,计算的不够精确,考虑的不够周到;同时对于包含多个装载点的车站考虑的是车站的整体装载能力,对单个装载点的装载状态没有对比分析,对各装载点之间的同时作业干扰的矛盾考虑不足,容易导致方案的装载能力与实际的装载能力存在较大差距,在军用列车装载作业过程中出现的装载点可用性较差的问题。论文综合考虑军用列车的输送进度要求、车站装载能力、装载集结条件、装载实施条件、装载点安全条件等,为指定部队确定实施铁路军事运输的装载地域所包含的基本装载站。主要研究内容、方法及成果如下:(1)针对传统装载地域选择方法的不足,选取装载能力、装在实施技术条件、装载集结便利条件和装载点安全性4个因素集、8个因素构成评价指标体系,并针对各因素的特点确定其量化方法。(2)根据已建立的评价指标体系,利用网络层次分析法和熵权相结合的评价方法,充分考虑评价指标的客观性和相关性,对各装载点的可用性进行综合评价,得出各装载点的可用性得分;(3)以所选装载点可用性最大为目标,以输送进度为约束,分别建立了单一驻地和多驻地部队装载点选择模型,完成装载地域的选择。(4)以多驻地的某师为例,对选择方法进行了验证。
【英文摘要】Railway loading area is one of important material conditions to implementation military transportation. Select a loading area by consider variety of factors, to determine the appropriate number of loading station (points) using, it`s very importan for realize heads determination, increase the progress of military transport train, transmission time, protect the troops safe, fast and punctual implementation of railway transportation,it`s also an important part of the combat work of the military transport in normall days.The traditional loading area selection method is basically summed up usually sexual, empirical, and the general situation ,it is based on several stations, a few lines, several load points, a few simple pathway to determine the total is roughly calculated load capacity of the station. Obviously it`s not a reasonable choice, not calculate accurate enough, not consider thoughtful enough; at the same time for the station with multiple loading points to consider the overall load capacity of the station, and ther is no comparative analysis for the loading condition of a single mount point, not consider enough on the contradictions of work at the same time among each loading points, easy cause a wide gap between program and the actual load carrying capacity, and this cause a problem of poor availability of loading points in train loading operations in the military.Thesis considering the delivery schedule requirements of military train, station load capacity, loading conditions, assembly, loading the implementation of conditions, safety conditions of loading points,to determine how many basic loading station should be contain of a loading area for a designated military transport unit. The main contents include:(1) For the shortage area of traditional method, select the load capacity, installed in the implementation of the technical conditions, loading conditions and loading points security the four factors set, 8 constitutes a system of evaluation factors, and ensure the quantification methods aim at characteristics of each facter.(2) According to the established system of evaluation factors, the use of analytic network process and combination the entropy evaluation method, take full account of the objectivity and relevance of evaluation factors, take a overall merit to the availability of each mount point, and obtained the availability of point scores of every loading points.(3) Take the maximum availability of the selected mount point for target,and the progress of the transport for constraints, established more than a single resident and resident units mount point choice model to complete the choice of loading area.(4) Take a multi-division for example, test and verified the selection method.
