其实面试主要就分3个大部分，第一关：个人形象展示和自我介绍，第2关：英语口语笔试。第3关：面试官的提问(主要考察学生的家庭情况、语言表达能力、皮肤好坏、有无特长等)

第一关最重要，因为直接关系到后面的成败。在个人形象展示时候(站姿、走路、蹲起)，要面带微笑，眼睛看位于考官席中间的主考官，有人会问看考官的什么地方呢?看考管的眉心，这样她会感觉你非常专业，非常舒服。在个人形象展示完之后每个人会有一个1分钟的个人自我介绍，有同学想问了，自我介绍都应该说些什么好?有人在自我介绍时会说我叫XX，就读于XX学校，身高XX，体重XX，爱好XX，回答完毕。全是废话!考官听了马上会说：好，下一个!注意，1分钟的自我介绍，只用了10秒不到就说完了，连考官观察你的时间都没有，让人感觉是你不重视这次面试，其实你不是，心理还特别紧张特别重视。首先，自我介绍要分为中文30秒，英文30秒，中英文的内容不能重复，不要把中文自我介绍直接翻译成英文说出来。下面我就把我当时的自我介绍发出来给大家做参考：

自我介绍要点

一、首先礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，向所有的面试官示意，面试官注意别的东西，可稍等一下，等面试官注意力集中在你这个“焦点”的时候再开始。

二、把握好时间，如果规定了自我介绍时间，注意把握好时间的长短，不要太长，更不要过于简短，所以一般在家可以先准备好两分自我介绍，可以准备个1分钟自我介绍，3分钟自我介绍。

三、自我介绍的内容：如姓名、工作经历、时间等履历应该一下带过，因为你的简历上已经有了足够多的介绍，这个时候你就把时间重点放在简历上所没有的东西，即你对这个职位的优势，工作经验和工作所取得的成绩，用以证明你能够很好的任职这个职位。

四、作自我简介过程中，注意力一定要集中，这也是最起码的礼貌，如果你四处张望，漫不经心，如果你是面试官，你会要这样的人嘛？姿势可以保持一个姿势，毕竟很短暂的时间。

五、自我介绍结束后：结束后一定要谢谢面试官，耐心的听你的介绍，一段短短的自我介绍，就是为了下次更深入的了解而做的准备而已。

如何做好自我介绍，应注意如下问题：

“蹩脚”的自我介绍，会在主考官面前大打折扣。

急于表现自己，在不适当的时候打断考官的谈话；

夸大表现自己，长篇大论，夸夸其谈，说得太多；

不敢表现自己，遮遮掩掩，唯唯诺诺，生怕考官摸了自己的底细，而小看自己；

不能表现自己，吞吞吐吐，含糊不清，不能给别人一种清晰的要领和印象，甚至别人连名字都听不清楚；

其实，有时候，自我介绍比证件，名片之类的东西更重要，它可以“先声夺人”，很快给主考官留下良好的印象。

成功的自我介绍，不仅依靠声调、态度、言行举止的魅力，而且还要考虑适当的时间和地点以及当时的氛围。比如：

把握好时机。所谓好时机，一方面不破坏或打断考官的兴趣，另一方面又能够很快抓住对方的注意力。在需要等待的时候，一定要等待，而且努力使自己当好考官谈话的听众。
