1．子曰：“质胜文则野，文胜质则史。文质彬彬，然后君子。”

【释义】孔子说：“一个人的质朴要是超过他的文采，就未免有些粗野；文采要是超过他的质朴，又未免有些浮华。只有文采和质朴结合的匀称均衡，那才称得上大雅君子。”
