外国人来华办理商务，需要中方公司出具商务邀请函给对方。以便要来中国办商务的外国友人拿到中华人民共和国驻外大使馆,出具有中方公司邀请他来参加展览、商务活动，以便拿到签证。。。

出具一份有公司抬头的邀请函，上面注明邀请对方来的原因，对方个人信息，护照号码及有效期，邀请对方在华时间，费用承担等。

在发给对方时，最好附一张公司营业执照复印件，一份对方在华日程表。 补充：但是肯定要有你们公司和他之间的关系证明了。
