加拿大访问学者签工作许可与邀请函的时间关系

随着近日，加拿大对访问学者签证政策的加紧，使得到加拿大的访问学者面临再一次的考验，随之而出的很多问题，困扰着访问学者。

比如，很多人对于加拿大签工作许可与邀请函的时间关系就弄不清楚，一年的访学期限，因为一些事宜耽误一个月或者多半月，在拿着一封邀请函到达加拿大后，却得到了不到一年的工作许可期限，致使最后离开加拿大后，得到的回国证明上的时间也不足一年，最终影响回国后的一些项目申请。

针对这种情况，厚谱教育资深访问学者专家孙伟老师提醒大家，不仅是加拿大，其他国家如美国、欧洲各国，我们不清楚他们什么时候就出台了心得政策，为此，我们必须做好保护好自己的打算，就是按一定的规定办事。

比如去加拿大做访问学者，如果在索要邀请函后，因为某些事宜比如办理签证，没有按着邀请函上的时间入境，耽误了一个月左右的时间，以致于出现上述情况。就有点得不偿失了，为了减少上述情况，签证下来后如果，时间发生出入，建议你再管加方教授要一份延期了的邀请函。比如去温哥华做访问学者，原来邀请函是20xx年9月1-20xx年8月31，如果你20xx年10月1日出发去加拿大的话，温哥华海关只会给你到按邀请函上的20xx年8月31日的工作许可期限，这会导致你在这里想待够一年的话只好中途再办延期，劳命伤财。

有的申请者就是因为没有要新的邀请函，导致只有11个半月的工作许可，无法呆满一年，这会影响回国后的一些项目申请，因为在国内有些项目要求必须国外呆够365天，差一天都不行。

所以说，如果签证下来后，若时间有冲突，应该要一份新的邀请函是最稳妥的。

加拿大探亲访友签证申请材料清单：

国外材料（邀请人提供）：

1、邀请函扫描件，内容包含被邀请人的信息（姓名、护照号码、出生日期）、与邀请人的关系、访问目的、 访问日期、访问行程、在加停留的时间、由谁提供所有费用、邀请人的住址及联系方式等个人信息，邀请人 的亲笔签名。
