篇八 :外贸业务员 应聘技巧 以及 英文面试 技巧

1、及时安排好打样。

要按客户的要求,书面详细列出打样单。打样单上应严格明晰四大要素:货号、原料、颜色搭配和做法。打样单的格式应严格参照大货订单格式,即货号-颜色-数量应列出表格,而不能是其它的任何格式。打样单应由外贸部经理签字后,方能安排打样,外贸部经理不在时,由外贸部经理指定的人签字。如涉及XX模、五金模具是否要开,应请示外贸部经理。如打样需新购原料或辅料,应书面通知采购部购买。如采购过程中涉及最少起订量的,应马上汇报外贸部经理,由外贸部经理决定如何处理。

样品完成后,应仔细审核样品,寄出前,必须拍照存入电脑档案。如果是新客户,样品是否向客户收费、收多少、快递费是预付还是到付,需请示经理,由经理决定。总的原则是:如果是少量样品,样品免费,运费到付。如样品数量较多,应考虑样品收费,运费到付。

2、精确地报出美金销售价格。

严格把握“核价单”,精确地报出美金销售价格。一般情况下,核价单只要掌握两种就可,一种是“一般贸易核价单”,一种是“进料加工核价单”。核价单原则上是由计划部提供的。业务员在向计划部索取核价单时,应拿到Excel的电子格式,而不是纸张打印件。拿到计划部提供的核价单后,业务员应逐字逐行进行审核,检查是否有任何可能的差错。特别要有能力看出明显的错误,如发现一个XX皮康纸的金额为5元,一个XX里布的用量为1米,应立即通知计划部,要求计划部立即改正错误。 当遇到计划部未能及时提供核价单,客户又要马上提供报价时,业务员应立即动手,收集相应的核价单数据,自己制作出准确的核价单。 业务员一定要看清楚核价单中利润和销售利润率的计算方法的公式是否正确。

利润=美金卖价X汇率X0.96-成本

销售利润率=利润÷(美金卖价X汇率)X100%

美金卖价确定后,原则上必须经外贸部经理审核后,方能对外报价。个别客户提出佣金要求的,业务员必须把事情的来龙去脉向外贸部经理汇报清楚,由经理决定如何操作。
