And I come from XX city of XX Province.Now ,I am studying in XX University majoring in Pharmacy .I am a boy who is optimistic,outgoing and creative. At the same time， I think I am quick in mind and careful in everything.In my spare time, I like reading books and playing Badminton. Good morning, dear teachers. I’m so honored to be here to attend the interview. I’m Long Haiqi, 23 years old, coming from Tengzhou in Shandong province. Kaifeng ,located along the southern bank of the Yollow River ,is famous for its long history and culture. It is one of Seven Ancient Capitals of China . During the Song Dynasty, it was called Dongjing or Bianjing ,then, Kaifeng was the capital of China.

As the capital cities of Kingdom Wei,Liang, Jin，Han, Zhou, Song dynasty and the end of Jin dynasty, Kaifeng was founded in about 4500 years ago. Therefore, there are a lot of places of historic interest, such as Longting, Kaifeng iron tower, Great Xiangguo Temple and the place of interest around the lord bao lake.

自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟左右，有些外企仅为1分钟。

在如此短的时间内，毕业生如何“秀”出自己呢?该做哪些准备?有什么问题值得注意?我们专门采访了一些实例，希望能给大家提供一些就业指导。

小心“面试第一问”暗藏玄机

案例一 如何把握时间?

研究生毕业的小刘很健谈，口才甚佳，对自我介绍，他自认为不在话下，所以他从来不准备，看什么人说什么话。他的求职目标是地产策划，有一次，应聘本地一家大型房地产公司，在自我介绍时，他大谈起了房地产行业的走向，由于跑题太远，面试官不得不把话题收回来。自我介绍也只能“半途而止”。

教路：一分钟谈一项内容

自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟，在时间的分配上，第一分钟可谈谈学历等个人基本情况，第二分钟可谈谈工作经历，对于应届毕业生而言可谈相关的社会实践，第三分钟可谈对本职位的理想和对于本行业的看法。如果自我介绍要求在1分钟内完成，自我介绍就要有所侧重，突出一点，不及其余。

在实践中，有些应聘者不了解自我介绍的重要性，只是简短地介绍一下自己的姓名、身份，其后补充一些有关自己的学历、工作经历等情况，大约半分钟左右就结束了自我介绍，然后望着考官，等待下面的提问，这是相当不妥的，白白浪费了一次向面试官推荐自己的宝贵机会。而另一些应聘者则试图将自己的全部经历都压缩在这几分钟内，这也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介绍的时间，突出重点是首先要考虑的问题。

案例二 千万别太做作

小芳去应聘南方某媒体，面试在一个大的办公室内进行，五人一小组，围绕话题自由讨论。面试官要求每位应聘者先作自我介绍，小芳是第二位，与前面应聘者一句一顿的介绍不同，她早做了准备，将大学四年里所干的事，写了一段话，

还作了一些修饰，注重韵脚，听起来有些押韵。小芳的介绍极流利，但美中不足的是给人背诵的感觉。
