5. “Chinese Dream” is frequently mentioned these days. Collect the information you know about it, and compare it with “American Dream”. The Eastern and Western cultures and their benefits to the world might be discussed in the essay.

To go through this book carefully, I feel like suffering from so many obstacles and hardships with accompanying Julian. On the way to happiness, we are anxiously expecting a perfect reply, helplessly accepting a cruel ending. But no one intend to show regrets about what we have already sacrificed.

Similar to Julian, I was born in an ordinary family, different to Julian, I was not in God’s good graces. I haven’t encountered the specific chance filling up with temptations and challenges.

Everyone has a dream that they want to have a meteoric rise someday, they declaim that they can devise strategies within a command. Nothing has the ability to ruin their dreams. We always think everything is ok, we never dream that there is nothing one can do to save something must be dead. Like many other ordinary young people, sometimes, we have to bow difficulties because of the fierce society. Especially, I now in my position, for a common college student. Though, I am 19 years old, I must learn to shoulder some of obligations, but why I find I have kept the pathetic burden in my heart for years without anyone suspecting it?

Sons and lovers

This novel is written by D. H. Lawrence, a man suffered many sorrow and led a miserable life. He had many masterpieces in his life, but this one is the most famous. when he was a child, his mother gave him all her love and attention to him, and trying all her most to get the child away from the mining work( his father’s work), hoping a bright future of her child. Though Lawrence’s ill-parents quarreled frequently, he managed to get enough knowledge from his mother, once a qualified teacher. When he got older, he changed his work about three times, ending up in Croydon as a teacher. It was this time that he started his writing career part-time. Firstly some poems and later novels. After the death of his mother, he became ill and his masterpiece came out after falling in love with Frieda.

唤醒学生自信心，享受学习的幸福

《教育就是唤醒自信心》读后感

《教育就是唤醒自信心》是由北京光明小学校长|刘永胜主著的教育读本，此书出版前就受到了中国青少年研究中心副主任孙云晓的高度评价：此书有理论与实践结合并勇于创新的价值，对于提高教育水平意义重大。这本书从科学的角度上就如何培养孩子的自信心进行了深入细致的探讨，它指出：自信心是人格的核心。因此，唤醒孩子的自信心应当是教育的根本目标之一，可能这就是作者为此书命名的缘由。其中，作者提出的通往自信的八个阶梯对我们每个人成长中树立和培养自信心都是大有益处。在书中，作者引用了大量的实例证明了在孩子成长过程中给予孩子自信带来的飞跃式的发展。（每一个阶段都有较经典的案例示范）一个孩子只要有了自信心，就一定能感受到：成长是幸福的，不断更新自我是幸福的，学习着是幸福的。书中介绍了通往自信的八个阶段:

相信自己行,才会我能行；别人说我行，努力才能行；你在这点行，我在那点行；今天若不行，争取明天行；能正视不行，也是我能行；不但自己行，帮助别人行；相互支持行，合作大家行；争取全面行，创造才最行。

下面就我感触较深的两点结合平时的教学谈谈我微薄的看法：

第一阶梯：“相信自己行，才会我能行”。记得2班小杰，刚进来时在英语学习方面没什么基础，再加上是插班生，总觉得他在学习上不是那么积极，胆子较小，学习态度也较为懒散。经过一段时间了解，原来他有着比较复杂的家庭原因，现在是寄住在姑姑家里跟姑姑一起生活，由于这些原因，造成了他个人学习和生活上态度都不够积极，甚至对学习有些无所谓。但是在一次上课中，刚学完单词banana我说会背的请举手，我看到了他微微举起的小手，想举又是很想举的样子，我心里想他肯定是会了（他其实是有点聪明的那种学生），于是我点他起来背诵，他很流利地背了出来，声音还不是很大，我在全班同学面前表扬了他背地流利，在我语言的表扬下，学生和我为他鼓起了掌，他露出了羞涩的笑容。课后我还特地跟他聊天，我说“老师真高兴，不仅看到你举手了而且单词也背得很流利，原来我们智杰背单词比别人快那么多，老师相信你一定行的，真棒！你也要相信自己，好吗？” 从那次课之后，我发现他在课堂上没那么经常开小差了，会跟着老师的思路走，读书也稍微大声一点了。同时我也利用一些课余时间

1、《爱情与金钱》

I read this book, feel very sad, as their mother and sad. So many children brought up, but it was such a " reward ". These children just for money and mother quarrel, and even to kill her, is not filial.

4 、《世界上最冷的地方》

This book tells the story of looking for the pole, I also learn a similar text, I feel they are great, but we can not only see the winner, we also see the slumbers of Scott, whoever arrives first, is our hero
