To make love grow

It took me years to learn that the love surrounding our family didn’t just happen . We had to learn about love from one another . In fact , love never just happens . But there is , I think , a climate that is best for love---a way of living that hastens the maturity of this matchless gift . First , love needs time . Perhaps people can fall in love in a moment , but mature love is like a tree , moving slowly from the seed in the ground to the sheltering splendor of its prime . People need time to deepen their affection , to appreciate one another’s differences , to share one another’s joy and grief……

To grow , love needs another , more elusive quality------the ability to let go .

Finally , love needs words to make it real . Without words , quarrels can’t be resolved , resentment can’t come to the surface , and we lose the power to share the meaning of our lives . There are many ways of communicating . The important thing is to acknowledge and express our feelings .

Never, Never Give Up

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives. If we never challenge ourselves, we will begin to doubt our abilities.

The Chinese dragon usually has no wings, it means fortune and power, it is The symbol of our China.

The western dragon usually stands for Evil, and westen people don 't like it at all, because it may bring bad luck.

"Dragon" should not be translated into dragon. The original idea of the Dragon is ruthless winged behemoths (also can be understood as a demon), implied meaning is shrew, etc. The Chinese dragon yourselves before the foreigners, is self demonized.
