In recent years, because of different reasons, Chinese traditional goodness has been forgotten. For example, in many students’ minds, the idea of filial duty to their parents has been discounted and even lost. 同学们，我们从哪里来？听到这个问题，大家肯定都会说，是父母把我们带到世界上来的。是啊，十多年前的某一天，我们的父母用泪水和幸福的笑容迎接了我们的到来。但当我们来到世上的那一刻起，父母们却多了一项繁重的工作——照顾我们。尽管这是一种沉重的负担，但父母们却毫无怨言地抚养我长大。为了给我们一个舒适的生活环境，他们总是那么辛苦，那么努力。小的时候，我总把这当作天经地义，因为我不了解，也不知道父母的辛苦。现在，我长大了，我知道该怀着一颗感恩之心去体谅父母，应该担当起，照顾、孝敬父母的责任。 刚刚过去的星期天是我十六岁的生日，那天，我首先想到的就是要感恩父母，因为有了父母才有了我，才使我有机会在这五彩缤纷的世界里体味人生的冷暖，享受生活的快乐与幸福，是他们给了我生命，给了我无微不至的关怀。儿女有了快乐，最为之开心的是父母，儿女有了苦闷，最为之牵挂的也是父母。舔犊情深，父母之爱，深如大海。因此，不管父母的社会地位、知识水平以及其它素养如何，他们都是我们今生最大的恩人，是值得我们永远去爱的人。

然而，同学们，你们是否扪心自问过：我对父母的挂念又有多少呢？你是否留意过父母的生日？民间有谚语：儿生日，娘苦日。当你在为自己生日庆贺时，你是否想到过用死亡般的痛苦，让你降生的母亲呢？是否曾真诚地给孕育你生命的母亲一声祝福呢？我们中国是一个文明古国，自古讲求孝道，孔子言：“父母之年，不可不知也。一则以喜，一则以惧。”也就是讲，父母的身体健康，儿女应时刻挂念在心。但据报道，今年北京某中学的抽样调查却显示：有近50%的学生竟不知道自己父母的生日，更谈不上对父母的生日祝福。同学们，或许一声祝福对自己算不了什么，但对父母来说，这声祝福却比什么都美好，都难忘，都足以使他们热泪盈眶！

也许我们上过很多课，数学，语文，英语，但是我们很少上过这样的一节课，一节关于爸爸妈妈的课。

亲爱的同学们，接下来就来我们感受一场很深刻的课程，好。那么现在就请所有的同学做一个很舒适的姿势，要闭上眼睛，不要随便走动，不要耳语交谈，以免影响他人，不论发生什么事情，请你不要嘲笑，不要发出声音。因为你的嘲笑，你的嘲笑，你的不屑会给别人带来伤害，会对别人的不尊重。我们经常说，人在做，天在看，所以我希望，今天我们能把心轻轻的静一来，请同学们轻轻的闭上你的眼睛，来，深深的吸一口气，慢慢的吐出来，让你那颗浮动的心慢慢的平静下来，慢慢的低下你的头，让我们那颗烦躁的心慢慢的静下来，此刻我们什么都不必去想，

Good afternoon everyone. Thanksgiving is the fulcrum of learning, is a wonderful feeling, is grateful to everyone and everything in the world for all their help. Thanksgiving is a fine tradition of our nation, is a person of integrity at least moral character. 感恩是学会做人的支点,感恩是一种美好的感情，是对世间所有人所有事给予自己的帮助表示感激,感恩是我们民族的优良传统,是一个正直的人的起码品德。

Thanksgiving is the key to return. Return is the feeding, training, instruction, guidance, help, support oneself, be grateful, and through its own 10 times, 100 times the pay, and repay them with practical action.感恩的关键在于回报。回报就是对哺育、培养、教导、指引、帮助、支持自己的人,心存感激,并通过自己十倍、百倍的付出,用实际行动予以报答。

Then, as a student, how to practise Thanksgiving? 那么，作为一名学生，怎样感恩呢？
