I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I’ll introduce China and Chinese culture to them, such as the Great Wall, the Tian’anmen Square and dumplings.

今天我们聚集在一起,共同研究探讨我们六年级的工作,以便我们能根据毕业班的情况及时调整教育教学方法,制定落实教育教学补救措施,促进教学质量提高。

首先,我对本届毕业班的英语情况进行简单的分析。我们这届学生英语基础不是非常扎实的,尤其是在四.五年级时,学生对所学知识掌握不全面,不系统,没有好的学习习惯。当然现在英语教学要求相对以前有了很大的提高,考试的难度也明显提高。因此造成了现在的学生英语成绩两级分化严重,在学生与学生之间有,班级和班级之间也有,这其中多方面的原因。随着年级的增加,知识难度的提高,英语底子弱,不好学,又不重视的学生越来越不懂这门语言,从而更是对英语“充耳不闻”。使之在英语学习中困难重重,部分学生对英语学习产生畏难情绪,陷入一种“恶性循环”的境地。对于我们六年级的现有的情况,我想从我们六年级全体英语教师将切身做好以下几点工作:

1、也是很重要的一点就是抓住课堂教学,不管是哪一门学科,要想有好成绩,课堂教学的质量是最重要的,课后炒冷饭,补的效果当然也有,那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面,要注意方法,尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容,要找易于学生理解的切入点,要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路,课后及时反思,你今天教的开心吗?学生学得开心吗?同时对于一些后进生,课堂上千万不要丢掉他们,不理他们,不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反,要像警察一样时常盯着他们,与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进,可能有更多的听不懂的地方,而容易开小差,教师的目光以及点名回答,一是提醒他认真听课,同时也是在给他练习的机会。

2、课后补差工作,班里总会出现一些个别的差生,不是学习习惯差就是基础差,教师一定要课后花工夫,进行辅导。如课堂上常唠叨be动词、情态动词、助动词,原以为经常讲,天天讲,他肯定会了,其实他根据就不懂,所以在做句型练习时,他根本就无法抓住这些关键,无法找到方法了。因此一定要找机会再把课堂上讲的内容再不厌其烦的讲一遍。根据具体情况制定帮扶计划关心爱护他们,帮助辅导他们,增强他们的自尊心和自信心,培养他们的学习兴趣,让他们走出困境。

大家好!

今天我演讲的主题是《祖国在我心中》。

巴金先生曾说过“我爱我的祖国,爱我的人民,离开了它,离开了他们,我就无法生存,更无法写作”的名言;民族英雄文天祥也留下了“人生自古谁无死,留取丹心照汗青”的千古名句。这些诗作、名言都在教育我们要深深地爱自己的祖国。

就拿七次上书、决心保家卫国的康有为来说吧,在中法战争爆发以后,中国不败而败。康有为怀着一颗保家卫国的心,在1888年至1898年十年间先后七次上书,向满清皇室提出了“变成法,通下情,慎左右”的建议,希望清政府实行改革,并坚决反对与西方列强签订丧权辱国的《马关条约》,这便是著名的“公车上书”。1898年6月11日,他奉光绪帝的旨意发起了“百日维新”的变法运动,但最终以失败告终。后人为了纪念他,写了一本《公车上书记》,书中写的,就是他七次上书的故事。

当代又有“杂交水稻之父”袁隆平,那是从一次饥荒开始,人们因承受不住饥寒,一个个痛苦地死去了,袁隆平看在眼里,急在心上,从此,他走遍祖国大江南北,寻找良种水稻,并进行人工培育,经过不懈努力,一种高产量、抗病虫害强的新品种——杂交水稻横空出世了!这是中国水稻史上一次质的飞跃!......
