\My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?

Oh, I haven’t read this book before. What is it about? Well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. The story is happy ending.

Good morning !

My great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher....

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.

I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

What life is about

As we all know, the most important thing in life is our attitude towards it, tons of men have tried different ways of treating life, and some succeeded, some failed, and here are some of the tips they left us.

Life isn’t about keeping score. Life isn’t about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact it’s not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that.

But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. And we should always remember to be ourselves. Other might have things that we desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. Most of all, it’s about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise.

活动方案 一、 活动目的：

为了丰富校园文化生活，展示学生的英语口语水平，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，锻炼学生口语交际能力，促进学生"学说英语"的良好氛围，提高英语教学质量。决定开展"英语之星"三分钟演讲比赛活动。

六 .比赛方式:比赛为个人朗读或背诵形式。

七 .活动规则：

1、每名参赛选手演讲时间为3分钟左右；

2. 每名参赛选手自己所朗读的文章.,可以持稿朗读,也可以 以脱稿背诵朗读, 脱稿背诵朗读每人加1----3分.

3、要求参赛选手发音清晰，单词发音基本准确，语音语 调较规范，朗读流利流畅；

4、仪表大方、自然、声音响亮,富有感情色彩.

八、 评奖办法：

依据评委的打分，按年级分数高低设置一等奖每个级部一名；二等奖每个级部两名；三等奖每个级部三名。

九、 评分标准：基本分为10分制,脱稿朗读再加（1---3分）

1、朗读文章过程中单词发音准确.(满分为4分)

2、朗读流利流畅(满分为3分).

3、语音语调规范 (满分为2分).

4、感情表达(满分为1分)

5、脱稿朗读,根据流利程度适当加分.(1----3分)

6、去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，所得的平均分为该选手最后得分。

Let’s take action to protect the environment .

Good morning Ladies and Gentlmen :

My name is xxx.It’s my great honous to speak here.I am the speaker of number 9. Today my topic is " Let’s take action to protect the environment . As we all know, The environment is getting worse and worse, In some places we can’t see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. A number of people have been killed by air pollution and water pollution .Worst of all ,people aren’t aware of the danger of the pollution. So I think we should do something to protect the environment. .But what can we do? How to protect our environmemt?

In my opinion, we can go to school on foot or by bike. We can use shopping baskets instead of using the plastic bags when we go shopping. We can use both sides of the paper when we write . And remember don’t throw the rubbish everywhere. We can pick up the garbage when we see it. Remember to turn off the faucet. When we leave the room don’t forget to turn off the light.
