Work summary

I’m XXX, a graduate student from XXX University. My major is Electrical Automation. I will graduate in July next year. Before I applied for graduate study, I worked in XXX for over a year, I have some design experience in my last job, As an intern, I came to XXX in November 17. Counting on my fingers, I have stayed here for about four weeks. In here I make a brief summary for this four weeks practice work.

First of all thanking you for giving me this internship opportunity, I had a chance to begin my career in advance, at the same time; I took part in the two weeks’ training about XXX. During the training, I was inquisitive and tried to improve myself. Every day I seriously record the knowledge our teacher

一、学生整体情况 期中考试结束了，我的成绩并不十分理想，我所任教的七年级（1）班共有46人参加考试，平均83分，优秀率为19.6℅，及格率45.65℅。七年级（3）班共有49人参加考试，平均81分，优秀率仅为8.2℅，及格率34.7℅。 二、存在的问题 两个班共性的问题很明显，成绩好的学生分不够高，两极分化较为严重，尤其在阅读理解能力和书面表达能力方面较弱，具体来说： 1、 基础知识是我们平时教的重点，但是学生掌握不扎实，不能灵活运用。可能我们只让学生死记硬背一些单词和词组，由于学生能力的限制也忽视了将基础知识反复变化默写，举一反三。 2、学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式；每一单元都让学生背诵过一篇作文，一旦遇到考试时的类似作文，学生只会照搬照套，不能根据作文要求灵活变通。 3、理解能力不强，阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意，原因是词 汇量少，即使是平时默写过的单词一到考试时又不认识了。 4、另一方面，由于过多的强调了基础知识，忽略了对学生综合能力的训练。学生拿到综合性强的试卷做起来很不顺手，综合能力欠缺。还有，对句子的训练不够，学生英语学习的能力比较欠缺，平时训练少，学生在写句子、写作文的时候逐字翻译，“中国式”现象普遍，学习英语较生硬。 三、原因分析： 造成这种结果的原因是多方面的，从我这方面来看，主要是：1.在日常的教学当中，过多地重视教师的“教”，而忽视了学生学习的兴趣。2.对于个别英语底子薄的学生没有降低要求。 20xx初中期中考试题库 语文 数学 英语 物理 化学 学生方面： 1、学生懒。不愿背单词，词组和句型，不愿做题。部分学生遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。 2、底子薄弱，对学习英语没有兴趣，上课注意力不集中。 3、个别成绩好的学生眼高手低，做题时不认真。 四、采取的措施： １、进行趣味性，娱乐的教学，结合图片或实物讲解，提高学生的参与意识和学习兴趣，激发学生的好奇心，求知欲。 ２、树立信心，多与学生交流，了解他们的精神世界，接近彼此间的距离，用自己的关心引发他们对这门课程的喜爱。 ３、对学生学习情况的多加鼓励，激发他们学习的欲望，这样可以培 养他们的上进心、自尊心及集体荣誉感，从而获得知识。 ４、合理设计课堂，在适当的时候可以扩展知识点，用相应的练习来巩固所学知识。让学生多动口，动脑动手，达到学习英语的良好效果。 ５、关注中等学生及后进生。做好提优补差是我今后工作的重点。在平时，多向其他老师请教提优补差的做法，备课时注意穿插知识，顾及全面，对基础较差的学生，我要有耐性和信心，使他们摆脱阴影拾回对英语学习的兴趣。对８０—100分段的学生，鼓励他们在原有的基础上有一定幅度的提高。总的来说，要从各个方面努力，加强工作，把成绩提到加一个台阶。 在教学过程中，我有许多的不足与欠缺，但我相信，只要我认识到它们并及时改正，就一定能提高学生的英语成绩。

第一届英文魅力SHOW工作总结

为了提高同学们对英语学习的热情,同时丰富校园生活，英语协会于20xx年x月x日在2C303、2C304举办了广东xxx学院第一届魅力英文SHOW比赛初赛。于20xx年x月x日晚上19：30-21：30在2C301进行决赛。经过激烈的赛程，英语协会第一届英文魅力SHOW比赛在观众的掌声中拉下了帷幕。现将本次比赛总结如下：

一、赛前准备工作方面：

1、各个部门的相关负责人召开有关本次活动的会议，商讨如何安排举办这次活动和安排工作人员。

2、秘书部工作人员负责外出购买选手的奖品和嘉宾的邀请函、礼物等。

3、编辑部负责收集、整理选手的资料。

4、宣传部、外联部、文娱部负责宣传海报和做好摆摊等工作。

5、学习部负责搜集观众互动环节的资料。

二、比赛期间的工作方面：

由于那天教室的门没有按时开，导致会场的布置时间不充足，有一些小的细节没有做好。但总的来说，大家彼此之间都很合作，做好自己的岗位，观众们嘉宾们都在赛前到达赛场，气氛十分活跃，比赛还没有开始，赛场就已经坐满了观众！观众的热情，选手的激情，工作人员的负责使得比赛拉下了完美的帷幕。 比赛内容丰富多彩，有唱歌的，有配音的，有表演话剧的，有朗诵的。这样多样化的比赛方式不仅能使同学能够尽情地发挥其才能，而且体现了我们的创新能力，活动形式多样，活动精彩丰富，活动不受拘束。

比赛过程，选手根据我们协会事先安排好的顺序，出场介绍自己，然后按照顺序一一进行表演。在比赛期间，我们加入了观众互动环节和嘉宾表演，深受观众和嘉宾的喜爱。决赛现场气氛很活跃，选手们精彩的演讲，嘉宾优美的歌声让这个比赛增添几分欢笑！最后，经过激烈的决赛后，最终得出了获奖名单：一等奖一名，二三等奖分别二名，优秀奖五名，为了加强鼓励，最后还设了最佳表演奖。
