现代护士心理应激与对策初探
摘要 目的 探讨护理人员心理应激状况和防御方式的特点。方法 采用随机问卷调查方式,选取徐州市第一人民医院护士作为研究对象,问卷采集150例,采集信息包含护士对工作满意度、是否存在执业伤害、身心健康状态及是否存在心理困扰,医疗纠纷的发生情况。结果 38%受访者对工作现状不满意,76%的受访者感觉工作压力大,74.6%的受访者曾遭遇职业伤害,存在心理困扰的占到受访者的79.3%,44%的受试者曾遭遇过医疗纠纷。结论 护理人员存在心理应激状况不容忽视,提高护士自身素质、业务水平及其心理应激能力, 采用多种现代方式加强与患者及家属的沟通,改善护患关系,是减少护患纠纷和减轻护士心理应激的有效对策。

Psychological Stress of Modern nurses and Counter measures
Abstract: Objective To explore the psychological stress in nurses and the characteristics of the defensive mode. Methods Using Random questionnaire, select 150 nurses in NO.1 People's Hospital of Xuzhou as the research object, the questionnaire includes nurse job satisfaction, whether existing practice injuries, physical and mental health status, and the existence of psychological distress, medical disputes situation. Results 38% of respondents were not satisfied with the status of work. 76% of respondents felt the work pressure is very large. 74.6% of the respondents has suffered occupational injuries. There is a psychological distress accounted for 79.3% of the respondents. 44 % of subjects has suffered medical disputes. Conclusion Psychological stress in nurses can not be ignored. To improve the quality of nurses, business level and the ability to cope psychological stress is very important. Using a variety of modern ways to enhance communication with patients and their families to improve the nurse-patient relationship, is the effective countermeasures. to reduce and mitigate the nurse psychological stress.
