(经济学院 金融4班 学号201340819430) 摘 要:黄酮物质具有多种生物学作用,广泛存在于植物性食物之中,其膳食摄入量与慢性疾病的发病率呈负相关关系。黄酮类物质(Flavonoid)是一群来自于水果、蔬菜、茶、葡萄酒、种子或是植物根的一群化合物。属于生理活性物质。虽然他们不被认为是维生素,但是在生物体内的反应里,被认为有营养功能:黄酮类具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗血管增生、消炎、抗变应性、和抗病毒的功效。 关键词:黄酮类物质、作用、种类、抗氧化、抗癌、消炎、抗病毒
