摘要
本论文阐述了钛及钛合金的作用、特点及焊接性,TC2钛合金作为重要的新型结构材料具有密度小、抗拉强度高、比强度大等优点,被广泛应用于航空工业、航天工业、化学工业、造船工业等方面。通过对TC2薄板钛合金化学成分、组织、性能和焊接工艺规范的不断摸索,以及对焊接过程容易出现的问题的综合分析,总结出钛及钛合金的焊接工艺特点及操作要领,并简要论述了钨极氩弧焊的原理和工艺特性以及焊件的焊后质量检测原则。

This paper expounds the role of titanium and titanium alloy, characteristics and weldability, TC2 titanium alloy as important new structural materials with low density, high tensile strength than intensity big, etc., are widely used in aviation industry, the aerospace industry, chemical, shipbuilding, etc. Through TC2 sheet of titanium alloy chemical composition, microstructure, properties and welding process standard fumble ceaselessly, and the welding process easily the problems of comprehensive analysis, this paper summarizes the titanium and titanium alloy welding technology characteristics and operating essentials, and describes briefly tungsten pole argon arc welding principle and process characteristics and welding quality testing principle of after welding.
