Part I. How to Write Self-introduction

1. Brief Introduction (简要说明)

自我介绍是向别人展示你自己的一个重要手段，自我介绍好不好，直接关系到你给别人的第一印象的好坏及以后交往的顺利与否。 按照使用的语言来划分：可以分为口头的和书面的。我们这里主要讲书面方面的自我介绍。 自我介绍是推销自己和组织形象的一种重要方法和手段。介绍得当，可以给人留下深刻而良好的第一印象，取得别人对自己的了解、信任和支持。介绍不当，则会带来许多麻烦，甚至会使你原来的努力白费。在正式介绍之前，应面带微笑，然后说：“请允许我向您介绍”或“请让我介绍一下”，“请允许我自我介绍一下”等。这样的表达方式，给听者留下谦虚、有礼、文明、高雅的印象。自我介绍时，态度要谦恭，语言要得体。自我介绍时，既不要夸张，也不必过谦。做到这一点，可以借鉴的方法主要有三种；

第一种是自知。对待别人的赞誉要冷静，对自己应严格地剖析，做出让人信服的自我评价。

第二种是自谦。自我介绍中，应尽可能不用或少用“很”、“非常”、“第一”、“极”等过于极端的修饰词。言过其实，夸夸其谈，会给人以极坏的印象。 第三种是自嘲。在自我介绍中偶用自我嘲讽，即自我贬低和自我揶揄，效果往往会出人意料地好。当然，自我贬低中应含着一点自解、自慰、幽默、含蓄和智慧，自我揶揄中可露出一丝自信和自得，这样既可使语言增添风趣，又不流于自夸、俗套和油滑。

Hello, everyone! I’m very glad to introduce myself to you. My name is Yang Yifan, and you can call me Aysun. I’m from Beihai, and now I’m in Class3 Grade1,Nanning NO.2 Middle School.Some of my friends say that I have double characters ——sometimes outgoing but sometimes very quiet. I also agree with this point, maybe this is real me. As for hobbies, I prefer staying at home to watch TV, see movies or look through some magazines. Maybe it’s kind of boring, but it’s really a good way to relax. Also, I do exercise regularly, such as running, tennis and so on. Of all the languages, I like English best. My name is Ye Zongying, 23 years old, come from HsinYang, a beautiful city of Henan province. This June, I will finish my undergraduate education in Henan Polytechnic University, majoring in Electronic Information Science and Technology.

As a quiet and introverted young, I am dependable and careful, having the capability to complete various challenging tasks efficiently.
