第一节、应用文写作总论

一、大纲透析

20xx年，经过修订的《全国硕士研究生入学统一考试（英语）考试大纲》规定，写作部分由A、B两个部分组成，其中A部分是新增的应用文写作，从而使得作文的分值由原来的20分提高到了30分。大纲对于应用文写作的具体要求如下：考生根据所给情景写出一篇约100词（标点符号不计算在内）的应用性短文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、摘要、报告等。考生在答题卡2上作答。总分10分。 大纲要求考生能写出不同类型的应用文，并能够：

1）做到语法、拼写、标点正确， 用词恰当；

2）遵循文章的特定文体格式；

3）合理组织文章结构，使其内容统一、连贯；

4）根据写作目的和特定读者，恰当选用语域。

从这一新变化中我们可以看出，大纲对于考生掌握和运用语言的能力提出了更高的要求，尤其是对于考生在实际生活和场景中对于语言的运用能力。从字数上看来，A部分难度并不大，耗时大约15-20分钟，共写作100字左右。文章长度如不符合要求将酌情扣分。同时，考生应该尤其注意，不同的应用文体有着不同的格式及语域要求，关于这一点我们将在下面有所详述。

应用文的题材非常广泛，主要围绕考生熟悉的平时学习、生活场景展开，主要考查的是英文的日常应用能力，文体灵活、实用性强，而且不一定都是书面语。因此，对于

A部分的评分侧重点就在于是否包含了所有的信息点、文章架构是否合理、语言是否连贯、格式是否准确以及语域是否恰当[1]。对于语法结构和词汇多样性的要求将根据具体试题调整。允许在作文中使用提示语中出现过的关键词，但是使用提示语中出现过的词组或句子将被扣分。
