自我介绍的技巧

个人自我介绍是面试实战非常关键的一步，因为众所周知的“前因效应”的

影响，你这 2-3 分钟见面前的自我介绍将在很大程度上决定你在各位考官心里的

形象。这份介绍将是你所有工作成绩与为人处世的总结，也是你接下来面试的基

调，考官将基于你的材料与介绍进行提问。

个人单独面试基本上都是从开场问候开始，开场问候很重要，它有可能决定

整个面试的基调。开场问候是给面试考官的第一印象，从言谈举止到穿着打扮将

直接影响到你被录取的机会。进门应该面带微笑，但不要谄媚。话不要多，称呼

接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。

注意掌握时间，如果面试考官规定了时间，一定要注意时间的掌握，既不能超时太长，也不能过于简短，以2-3分钟为宜。

介绍的内容不宜太多地停留在诸如姓名、教育背景、工作经历、时间等东西上，因为这些在你的简历表上已经有了，你应该的谈一些跟你所申请MBA有关的工作经历和所取得的成绩，以证明你确实有能力胜任所申请商学院的MBA。 在做自我介绍时，眼睛千万不要东张西望，四处游离，显得漫不经心的样子，这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉。眼睛最好要多注视面试考官，但也不能长久注视目不转睛。再就是尽量少加一些手的辅助动作，因为这毕竟不是在做讲演，保持一种得体的姿态也是很重要的。

要与自己的情况基本符合，不可夸张。面试中的自我介绍不可避免地会有一些人为修饰成分，这些修饰主要是对自己优点、个性等的总结提炼，而不是有意夸大或制造出事实上并不存在的优点，总的来说应是与个人基本相符。

面试结束时要根据场景，根据自己的表现及面试官当时的话语，说再见或感谢之类的话，没有统一的模式。比如，在面试时由于当时的发挥较好，整个面试过程流畅，所以当面试官告诉你时间到了的时候，你脱口而出说：“没想到时间过得这么快，真想再有的时间和老师们探讨这些有意义的话题，希望今后能有机会在北大接受老师们的教导。谢谢各位老师，再见！”

从此可见，面试官希望从你的陈述中发现你的语言组织能力、口头表达能力，从语音、语气、语调及其他肢体语言中折射出的人和沉稳度、成熟度等，发现考生的个人成就、个性、品质等背景。同时面试官还希望从中发现一个考生基本材料的真伪。
