酒店员工学习英语心得体会

知识改变命运,态度决定一切,细节决定成败,这是不变的事实。作为酒店的一名礼宾部员工,在面客上经常会遇见一些外国宾客为他们提供服务,逐渐让我认识到英语运用的重要性。因此,我利用酒店培训英语的这个良好机会,下定决心加强英语学习。然而今天,当我要写下英语学习的心得体会的时候,我总有一种说不出的深切体会,那就是“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒”的感觉。

随着海南着力打造国际旅游岛的步伐慢慢靠近,旅游也就成为了人们出门放松身心和享受生活的首选,数以万计的国外客人涌入海南旅游市场,对英语的需求与交流就显得更重要了。因此,我充分意识到,作为新世纪的酒店人,我们除了要具备热情周到的服务礼仪外,还要具备高素质的文化内涵。这样的话,对我的工作要求就更高了,只有把英语学好了,才能为入店客人提供更加周到的服务。

冰要结冻三尺之厚,并非一两天的寒风冷雪就能积淀而成,而是要常年累月的冰寒地冻才有这样的结果。学习英语也一样,不是花几天三脚猫的工夫就能学有所成的,只有在学习之前树立起信心、恒心与决心;不断的坚持学习,才能把英语学好。

我原先在学校读书的时候,认为自己的英语还不错,但是直到在酒店真正用英语跟外国客人进行对话的时候,,心里总是特别的紧张,犯了语法好、发音不标准、听力差和口语差的毛病。有时不是发音不标准让老外挠头抓腮,就是对方用流利的英语跟我沟通,我也是似懂非懂。真可谓:“经一事,长一志,过一年,我懂一理”。后来我下定决心一定要把英语学好。

由于我们酒店是个商务酒店,要求前厅部的员工要有一点英语会话的能力,这样的话对我是一种压力,也是一种动力。酒店根据员工英语整体水平都不高的情况,制定了每周二下午3点在酒店3楼会议室进行英语培训课,由行政人事部曾晓萍助理负责对酒店各个服务部门不当班的员工授课培训。首先,曾助理教我们学会简单的26个英语字母、48个国际音标,接着教一些酒店常

一、概述

1、实习单位介绍

福州香格里拉大酒店属于五星级酒店品牌,酒店位于市区中心位置,前往福州市内商务及购物场所非常便捷。酒店拥有福建省面积最大的无柱式大宴会厅,是举行婚宴、招待宾客、召开会议的最佳场所。福州香格里拉大酒店坐落于城市的心脏地带,地理位置优越,距五一广场仅举步之遥。酒店俯瞰乌山和于山的醉人美景,是商务及观光旅客下榻的理想选择。

2、实训过程的基本回顾

这次的实训主要是负责酒店中餐厅服务的工作,由于是五星级酒店,所以服务的流程及要求更加地规范。我主要是做好餐前准备,开餐时的对客服务及送客后的收餐结尾等一系列工作。

二、实习项目介绍

1、岗位介绍

本次专业实训的部门是餐饮部。餐饮部是酒店的一个重要部门,是酒店经济收入来源的重要部门之一,对整个酒店的经营利润起着决定行作用。餐饮工作的服务质量直接影响了餐饮部的销售 。

2、基本原理

(1) 迎宾。迎宾是一个极为重要的部分。客人走进餐厅第一个见到的是迎宾员,迎宾员代表着餐厅的门面,是客人对餐厅的第一印象。迎宾在迎接客人时应保持良好的仪态,保证制服及名牌干净整洁。在面对客人时应面带微笑,主动向客人问好,以五指并拢,掌心向上的姿势在客人左手边,离两三步的距离为客人领路,把客人带到位子上。

(2)摆台。酒店的餐具摆台是个很有技巧的工作,摆台是把各种餐具按要求摆放在餐桌上,它是餐厅配餐工作中的重要一项内容。是一门技术,摆的好坏直接影响服务质量和餐厅的面貌。先铺好台布,定好座位,按顺时针方向依台摆放餐具、酒具、餐台用品,餐折花。做到 台形设计考究合理,行为安置有序,符合传统习惯。小件餐具齐全、整齐一致,具有艺术性,图案对称,距离均称,便于使用。
