岁月如梭,一学期的教育教学工作已经结束, 本期担任初二1班和2班的英语教学任务，留给我的将是新的思考和更大的努力。在这一学期的教学工作中,我注重自己思想水平的提高,努力把自己塑造好,提高自己的理性认知能力。我在教育教学的各个方面取得了一定的成绩,但也有许多不足之处,现对一学期以来在教育教学工作中的各个方面作一个全面的总结。

本次考试内容涵盖了本册书的重、难点内容，考察范围广泛，包括频度副词、一般过去时态、反身代词、不定代词、形容词比较级和最高级等。两个班考试情况不均衡，相对来说二班较好，在优秀率和合格率方面等都有明显优势，但相对于期中考试，

1、本人较注意抓常规教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读单词、词组和课文等。

2、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力；

3、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感；

4、抓小测验、单元测试过关；

教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：

1、教的方面：

深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以第二卷的得分率比第一卷高。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

2、学的方面

只要学生对英语学习有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。
