I take up new work as a sales, which is both familiar and strange to me. Much difference from translation, this position is not only interesting but also full of challenges. Because things are not in your hands and

sometimes out of control, while if you could try to grasp buying point of customers, you would gain the upmost accomplishment. This is totally what I have felt and my eternal pursuit.

One year's accumulation(with colleagues’ help) makes me more mature both in attitude and personality. Every success would bring me a little more confidence; every encouragement would make me happy all day long; every positive smile in leader's eyes would make me more staunch. 三年级英语教学工作总结

一学期即将过去，可以说紧张忙碌收获多多。本学期，我主要担任是三年级（1）的英语教学工作，现就结合本人的工作实践，谈谈我在教学中的点滴体会：

一、营造活跃的学习氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，能提高教学效率。

爱因斯坦曾说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”。托尔斯泰也曾说过：“成功的教学需要的不是强制而是激发学生的学习兴趣”。的确如此，如果一个学生对所学的科目有了浓厚的兴趣，那么就会产生强烈的求知欲，就会认真学习，反之，没有兴趣，被迫进行的学习会扼杀他们掌握知识的意愿。因此，培养、提高、保持学生的学习兴趣是提高学生学习成绩的首要条件。基于这一点，我在教学中比较注重激发学生的学习兴趣，通过运用各种教学方法、设计形式多样的活动，为学生营造一个民主、平等、宽松、和谐的学习氛围，让学生在这种氛围中充分发挥自己的智慧，激发他们的学习兴趣，从而积极快乐地投入到学习中去。

二、创设浓厚的英语学习氛围。

1、用英语来组织教学。

本学期自开学以来，我在课堂上尽量使用简单的英语组织教学。无论上课时师生相互打招呼问候、道别，或是教师发号指令让学生参与活动等，都用英语来说，尽可能让学生多听多讲英语，逐步养成英语语言习惯。这样既能增加课堂中学习英语的氛围，又能为学生创造良好的语言环境，增加了听说英语的机会。

2、创设情景，让学生得到广泛的实践。

创设情景的方法有多种，我一般是利用实物、图片、简笔画等直观教具创设情景，利用书中插图讲故事，扮演角色等等，让学生得到广泛的语言实践，使课堂增添无穷的乐趣。

三、加强学法指导，帮助学生寻找学法规律。

教师怎样教，有其规律可循，学生怎样学也有其规律可导。在我的英语课堂教学中，我一般都帮助学生寻找学法规律，使他们能够运用规律，在短时间内，掌握所学的知识，提高学习效率。例如，在教音标/e/时，先出示一些单词，head, bread, ready等，然后逐个读出，要学生听、观察、分析，让他们自己去发现规律，然后再进行小结，得出这些单词中间的字母ea都是发/e/的音。再进行指导，学生就会学会探索发现规律的学习方法，这样，大大地提高了教学效果。

Work summary

I’m XXX, a graduate student from XXX University. My major is Electrical Automation. I will graduate in July next year. Before I applied for graduate study, I worked in XXX for over a year, I have some design experience in my last job, As an intern, I came to XXX in November 17. Counting on my fingers, I have stayed here for about four weeks. In here I make a brief summary for this four weeks practice work.

First of all thanking you for giving me this internship opportunity, I had a chance to begin my career in advance, at the same time; I took part in the two weeks’ training about XXX. During the training, I was inquisitive and tried to improve myself. Every day I seriously record the knowledge our teacher

explained, while studying specification related to automation design at night so as to prepare for future design work. Meanwhile, I seized every chance to learn from colleagues who participate in projects, in this way, the technology of automation and ability of practice had been improved.

How time flies! A term will come to an end. This is the first semester for me to learn English in class in the university since I admitted to the PHD. To be honest, I gained some harvest, but also find a lot of shortcomings in this semester. I deeply know that when we are not stick to learning English, it always goes from bad to worse.

However, to my relief, my attitude towards English is positive. At least, I was never late for the class, let alone be absent of the class.

Generally speaking, I always had previewed the text before the teacher taught it. Not only would I write down the explanations of the new words, but I would also finish the exercise all by myself. Sometimes it was difficult for me to translate Chinese into English correctly. But when I didn’t know how to translate the sentence in the exercise, I would turn to the dictionary for help rather than seek the answers from the internet. Besides, thanks to the morning reading, I could often learn the lesson thoroughly before the class.

-If anyone’s Performance Balance drop below 5, he/she will received an official warning letter from Management for his/her poor performance.

-If he/she cannot improve himself/herself and continuously lost the performance balance to zero, this person will not be suitable to work in MAKEIT, and the MANAGEMENT may suggest him/her to leave.
